[Update 04.30.2021] I see the fix was to just create a shell to mobile website...did we also lose biometric login? ... [Update] It's been broken a looong time. Update Apr13,2020 vendor suggested App uninstall/reinstall which I did. Issue remains. :( Update Apr8: App Update, doesn't launch with "Insecure Network Connection" bug. Same message on mobile, home wifi, and even with VPN. Time to get new app developers, it seems they are just guessing at this point. Where is the QA testing?
I too cannot log in because of "insecure connection". Funny none of my other institutions have that problem. And no I don't use Chrome. I don't want to use Chrome. In 2021 apps should run on all major browsers. Bug fix this please.
Permanently Down for Maintenance. Have tried to log in several times per month since December. Always down for maintenance. Can't make payments on my phone through the website, and was told I needed the app, but that doesn't work either
Launching app from two devices and only getting blank screens and I'm panicking. I read multiple reviews stating the same thing now but bad reviews related to my money about this app don't instill confidence. Please contact me with a fix on this ASAP.
I had a lot of trouble registering my account. Once I was registered, it told me that it did not support Guardian Anytime.
5/12 - errors resolved and seems to be working again. Giving 4* because I'm glad its back but the app functionality deserves 3*. Could use some development efforts to make it more mobile friendly.
I cannot access my account because it says I need a secure connection. I thought I did. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Come on now. I made an app like this in 10 minutes using PhoneGap/Cordova. The Guardian website doesn't even have a mobile version so when you login you have to scroll left and right to see everything. Maybe it is only the awful for "Guardian Anytime."
Interface just brings you to the web browser when you sign in. This needs to be updated to 2021 tech standards!
It seems that I am unable to log into my account unless I go through the website. Probably something that they need check into

Update broke the app. Doesn't open. Just a white screen.
Having same problems as listed it other posts below. Went to my computer and logged in successfully.
Still doesn't load with latest updates. Says insecure network connections
Unable to register. Says my social security number is invalid. Had a really hard time finding a place to make a payment.
Not optimized for mobile phones .... Not tested basic functionality ..

Exists with an error dialog that states gaurdian anytime is not available.
