If I could give a less than one store I would. I've tried to set up a user name on this but once you get to the seventh character it always pops the error message user already in use. It doesn't matter what I put in or how it's put in the error messages always same on the eighth character. I am unable to make a user ID to even be able to use this app

Horrible search feature, automatically applies a "best savings" filter when searching for a provider, limiting your ability to search via last name or practice name when trying to find a particular provider.

The app is improperly named making it hard to find, even if I search "guardian" on my phone. Also, why in gods name do you need my phones unlock code for this app? Makes me very wary from a security standpoint, there's no need for you to have that. Last, why can't I view my plan info here? Overall a very convoluted way of getting my insurance card.

Can't log in on the app. Have no problems wirh the website, but it will not let me log in with the app.

Couldn't sign in because it required a lock screen, whatever the hell that means.

Don't know why they don't let you see your claims on this app and pay bills. It would be more convenient.

Not able to access my ID cards. In fact, this app does not acknowledge my credentials, but when I use the desktop version I am able to login.

Won't look up any providers. Enter the info all you want, you'll never find anyone. I was able to look up my ID cards, but really I downloaded this to find providers easier. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, their website is awful as well.

Very basic and limited on details of your plan. When I select my plan I need NOT any other info other then what my plan covers. So whatever major covers need not be listed at all on the basic plan. Very confusing especially when you think that service was covered!

Latest update seems to have broken sign in through the app. Any time I try to sign in, it tells me it's having trouble completing the action. I've tried this at two different times in the day, but can sign in through the web.

Never let me sign in on the app. I'm only able to sign in on my browser. All of my information is correct. When I tried to reset or find my info to see if im entering it wrong, my email can't be found! Useless app.

Completely useless. Crashes every time I try to view my ID cards, which is honestly the only reason to even HAVE this app. Also, the developer contact goes to a guy that apparently hasn't worked at Guardian since 2013.

The app seems to work OK and has pertinent information on hand. My only complaint is it's NAME. I'm afraid I'll forget what I installed it for before I get a chance to use it as I have dental coverage through Guardian but the symbol/name doesn't trigger recognition, (in my mind).

Seems to do what I need. I can search and save providers, log in, and access my ID card. Not sure where others are having issues but I have no complaints.

How is it possible for an insurance company to make so much money, but can not get their app working after literally years of people saying it will not let them login. If you are not going to fix/update this app remove it from the app store all together. It is absolutely absurd that you do not have a half way competent IT department that can atleast allow users to login to view an ID card. You have a total of 12 reviews out of 357 that are not 1 or 2 stars. Absolutely pathetic.

This app is horrible. It doesn't even search providers correctly. You have to go to the online website to search for providers. I don't see the point to this app besides looking up my ID cards. It does not provide claim information nor benefits.

It's working for me so far, but I see a lot of people aren't having the same luck.

Useless. What good is an insurance app that doesn't give you details of your coverage. The only thing this app does is help you find providers and have your ID card on hand. No details about your benefits, claims, or anything useful like that.

LOW quality. I tried to get my card information 4 times in a row over the course of 30 minutes, and kept getting told that "this member has no ID card". That's strange, I PAY for your crummy insurance, but you are telling me that I'm not a member?! Thanks for nothing. Finally... I call support, and while I'm on hold it finally starts working. Garbage app, and mediocre insurance.

The app takes literally over 10 seconds for every button press, and I can't even see my ID cards because the app keeps crashing even after the latest update

Extremely horrible! No satisfied and i do not recommend it to no one either. Can't even create an account and on their website can't even reset my password. IT'S EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS.

Constantly crashes and is super buggy. I'm unable to access my ID cards, which essentially renders this app useless.
