Guardian Credit Union- Alabama

This app had gotten better over time. I have been with GCU for 4 years now and they're progressively getting better with technology. It's obvious that they're a smallish credit union from the south. I really love the bank! Better than the Regions experience. The only issue I've ever had with them is that their credit purchases, not debit, would go in as a soft hold and if you didn't remember that you spent the money they'd overdraft you and charge a fee for every overdraft. Great CU!

Overall the app has been pleasant. Had a few issues but, they were easily resolved. I would love to have the option to transfer funds to an external bank. It'll definitely save some time withdrawing from Guardian and going to the other bank.

They should not recommend to use they're app because clearly they are not fully updated this app worked perfectly for me when I first downloaded it but now a lot of the times they're saying that my purchases are pending however when I make these purchases they go straight through so when I proceeded to call the agent she wants to say that it's the merchants fault but how was it the merchants fault when it was approved it had to be on their end would not recommend this app! Im in the NEGATIVE

I will be swapping banks.. This app has been around for years and its gotten worse with being up to date on funds and if you delete the app and know your sign in you get a message that sounds like punishment for deleting, " You're not allowed to use online banking.. " Well good you won't mind that I transfer to a new bank.

Used to love this app but when my phone upgraded to Android 9 it refused to load anymore, giving me some kind of service error. I miss it!

I am being charged a "bad address" fee and I need that put back into my account and cancel the fee. I have been receiving mail from guardian at that address for years. Why would you just randomly decide to take money away from your member who has a good address? Fix it now. I tried calling, started 34th in line and when I got an agent, they hung up. I don't have to explain how pissed off I am with guardian right now for treating me like this, just fix it.

I've been a member for 12yrs and suddenly I'm unable to access my account. I'm not sure if its the new update to the system but this is the second time.

The app used to work great, now it doesn't work at all and says this when I try to sign in, Error while performing internal operation

I Love this App I can keep up with my Account easily. And catch any Fraud going on a lot sooner than waiting on a Statement.

App worked fine but now it won't let me log in and it wants access to make and manage phone calls i don't like that why does it need access to that

We've used GCU since the 1980's and will never move from them. We have a great relationship with them and they will bend over backwards to help us with what we need.

I love the app! Edit: had to uninstall because it started acting up all of a sudden

It's giving me an error about "device registration has been failed" what the heck?!

Everytime I go its inconvenient for me. Its the only bank who would except me so they limit what i can do. I dont even know why I have a bank.
