Should be zero stars but had to give one. This is a garbage app. I have been with GCU for 30 years and have not been able to do a mobile deposit for over 2 months. I have tried on my cell and 2 different tablets - I Pad and Android. Seems like account specific problem but GCU's IT department is clueless. I have had over a dozen contacts with customer support with no results. Maybe posting here will get some results. Would love to know if others have experienced the same
none of my previous account information has been recognized and the process of logging in has been very difficult. I have now been locked out of my account from putting in the same login info from the previous app, and a correct answer to the temporary password formula.
This app is horrible! I can't be the only one who 100% relies on online banking. Very frustrating when now going on day 2 of not being able to open this app. Sadly, not the 1st time this has happened.
Can't deposit checks which with covid 19 it's a must. Disappointed don't know if it's the app or the credit union but I am about to cancel my account I need access to have access to my account on the phone like most people do now a days and the app keeps asking for password when thumb print is enabled what's the use of thumbprint enabled if I need to enter the password manually and then get an error and have to reset password
Makes my online banking experience much easier. ONCE I found the right app. The transition from the old app was rough. Otherwise would be 5 stars
A little glitchy. Frequently denies my finger print and then won't recognize me on the device I've had for a yr. Smh it's actually super inconvenient especially during the COVID-19 epidemic. Fix this mess guardian.
Ever since the new update/changes, my accounts as well has been unable to be recongized and thus, locking me out of the online services. Doesnt help that my nearest location is a long way out. Also, providing your information for a password reset doesnt even work as i always get an message saying along the lines of Cannot find you based on the information... really?!?
And here I thought the one before this was bad. This app sucks, it won't except family members so I can transfer money. It feels like no one truly tested things out. Not happy, very disappointed but that's been happening a lot lately with Guardian.
Works exactly like it should! No futzin around and the quick pin sign in is a godsend. Don't change a thing! No edit necessary. A beautiful app. Couldn't ask for better!
Very easy to use. Similar set up to the pc screen, which makes navigating the site so much better! Love it!
The redesign of this site makes it more usable, but there are always issues. Today I can't access it because it is telling me my phone doesn't have an internet connection which it definitely does.
I love it! More secure, and I LOVE how you can just tap the Icon & you can see totals of accounts but it doesn't give you all activity until you sign it. So much nicer than previous app.
very easy to use, great features for organizing, payments and saving. love the quick account view page.
Works well, however if you got 2 accounts you still have to log out then back on for the other one. Fingerprint recognition saves only one account username and password at a time...
It's fast, it's easy, and it's very convenient. One of my favorite banking apps,so far it's better than landmark credit Unions app
It's better than it used to be. Still can't link Guardian Credit Union debit cards to google pay, but that's not the app's fault.
I can't access the app after the latest update. All I get is a screen with the Guardian logo, and app version. It was good prior.
So many problems with guardian. Between account just disappearing so i have to waste time in the store and all the fees they charge their platinum customers. Bank sucks
The phone app is great. Being able to see your balances quickly is convenient.
I am attempting to utilize the mobile app for check deposits. My first attempt was denied and I had to resubmit the process. I strongly recommend people attempting to utilize this method hold the physical check until verified by Guardian Credit Union. ☹☹☹
Good app. Just wish it was a little bit easier to change between personal & business accounts.
it's fast, easy, intuitive, and I can get my information when I need it. navigating the site is all so easy I can find what I need to do and get it done

give this app -10 stars. can't set up for first time user. at least landmark credit union it's a breeze.
ever since I downloaded this app it wont let me in. I log in and it gives me the blue line that loads but then stops...why???

One of the best financial apps I have used. It is very nicely laid out and quick and easy to use.
the staff at Guardian are top notch. I live in sc. and phone calls are always pleasant.
