So far so good. It would be nice if either the app or the manual for my surveilance camera set at least mentioned that I would have to do port forwarding on my router in order to view camera footage on my phone using mobile data. I had to search online for a solution. I can understand why this app has a lot of bad reviews. Unless you're tech savvy and already know that port forwarding is nesessary you won't know what the problem is.
The app was working fine then all of a sudden stopped working. Everytime I open it, it says that it was made for an older version of android. I messaged the developer and still no reply. Waste of time👎🏾
Junk, it's saying connecting failed for the last week. Time to buy the lorex from Costco. It looks like it can use the existing wiring. Uniden cameras are useless as well, way to sensitive
I am sick and tired of this app not working everytime my phone does a update. I don't think they have a clue on how to fix the problems. You would think they would be prepared for the new phones, but when i email them they basically tell me I'm screwed. DONT USE THIS APP.
This version was built for an older Android version? This keeps happening. Reinstalled but still doesn't work. Not good. Have to buy QSee, more stable
Stop working suddenly after working for over 3 years. Reached out to App developer over a week ago and no response from them or the company. I have these nice cameras and no way to access them remotely.
Wont connect starting yesterday. Worked fine for a year. Reboot and reinstall didnt help. Even created new account. Still no work.
We need a solution system is not connecting to the app.......and it seems that am not the only one .......system was working fine for more than 3 years.....fix your app......
0 stars. Had it for awhile on my phone and it worked. Now it doesn't. Says connection failed. If it doesn't work when I need it, then it has to go.
Video Quality is not great. I just got a new phone and the application don't work well with it. Is there an update version?
App was doing the job then all of a sudden i can't log on , i cant create another account to try view cams online , update this useless app , it was ladt updated in 2017 , PATHETIC
keeps freezing, have to force close it and takes a while to load back up..

Worked for two years fine... now.. . Is there no update yet? I haven't been able to log in from the begining of July! Don't like feeling unsure about my home/animals security when I'm away!!!
Worked good for 3years now connection failure I can't even see my cameras away from home gonna get a Swan from Costco this app is junk
App is down for weeks at a time. Can't view cameras without it.

UPDATE. It NEEDS AN UPDATE. ITS NOT PRACTICAL TO TAKE DOWN CAMERAS THAT YOU RAN WIRES FOR, BECAUSE YOU WON'T DO AN UPDATE. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE UPDATE PLEASEEEEEEE UPDATE. ITS BEEN 3 YEARS.
Great App very easy to use.
**Update: Don't bother. This app is garbage.** Very inconsistent. Often goes off line and won't connect again until I reset it through the main software. Detection alert motification is very hit and miss, but it's mostly miss. Good images when it does work. Don't bother to download if you have any expectations to be able to view on a consistent basis.
