If only you guys could've put in the same amount of effort that's in the iOS app. keeps coming up as connection failed or the picture starts to slowly fuzz up not long after rotating my phone to view the picture... used the guardian live pro for a client's business and that works great, very disappointed with this app

Please fix this app. I wish I saw those reviews prior to purchase. Constantly getting connection failed messages that only go away after a restart. Not very useful if you're away from home. Also, trying to record anything never saves properly. Can we also have the option of playback at a normal speed too?

I haven't had any problems with this app at all. Remote connection from my android is good from the other side of the country. It works much better on my new phone but that's only because my old one was really old. No problems with buffering, zooming in, taking still camera shots etc.

First class experience with Uniden.au I had been having problems with my remote viewing of my cameras on both Android and IPad. Very professional and patient techs helped sort me out.all good now. It was a loose plug on the power lead.

Worked for 1 week. Can't see my cameras anymore. When it was working, every time I logged in I had to change from SD to HD on each camera. Why won't it let me stay on HD? Can you please fix this as I need to rely on remote login? Very disappointed!

I had this installed and while on the wifi at work our IT department found the app was sending data to a at risk site in China. All logs were sent to Uniden and Google was notified. Uniden said they would look into it. After more than six months later i have heard nothing. I will Not re install it and will NOT buy another uniden camera system.

Constantly stops working. Since last fix cannot record video to my phone. All video viewed and then recorder to my phone is only 1 second long. Does not record any more??? Any suggestions please.

All of a sudden app started failing to connect. Reset set system, reinstalled app on both of our phones. What's the point of having the cameras if we can't check them when needed!

App all of a sudden stopped working. When I try to log in I'm getting an error pop up saying "Connecting Failed". This only started happening a week or so ago. Please fix ASAP.

Can't access at all. I work FIFO and can't get anything. Just won't connect. Can't download and use the other apps because I need a WiFi connection to set up.

Bought this home security system spent 3 hours trying to get app to work, spent another 45 mins on ph to uniden to try fix problem, to be told it's a software issue take it back to shop. Took it back, needs to be reordered then I read all the terrible reviews, so I'm thinking its unlikely that my replacement product will be any better when it arrives.

App keeps failing. Won't let us log in, keeps saying login failed. Unplugged, pulled out cords, uninstalled & reinstalled ap. Works for a bit then fails again. Hopeless.

Why does the app keep buffering or not working. I have to keep unplugging our box, then it works for a few hours via app view...then becomes unavailable via app view. Please fix this.

Unreliable. As a lot of other users have said, constantly buffers/connection failed. It's home security for God's sake AND a $500 system! Pick up your act Uniden! Should have gotten a friggen Swan.

I am a certified CCTV installer and technician ,This is the worse app i have ever experienced in my entire professional life .The app is down for over a week now.Every product associated with this app has been returned by my customers demanding their money back or different product non associated with this app. Nearly sent me broke.The response from uniden was so frustrating.(We know about the problem and we working on it) Do not touch this app or uniden cctv systems guys you will end up with nothing but problems and frustration.I welcome any challenge by uniden if they are reading this review.

Really Happy With The App And Our Security Camera App Update Has Fixed Few Issue Where They Was No Way To Stop Uniden App To Save Photo To My photo album . The quality of the security camera are pretty good and pvr and the app alright sometimes it goes down but most of the time it good .

Hey guys this app is good when it works... but drops out constantly when trying to access cameras when away from home... defeats the purpose of being able to access remotely

Rarely connects to the cameras, always has connection failed or device off-line. Very disappointing.

Had 6 cameras installed , worked fine then there was a power outage and cameras now come up as offline , have tried uninstalling and reinstall nothing changes , works on the wifes phone but that went offline too

Constantly having connection Issues. Connection Failed. Have followed all setup steps correctly has never worked properly. Consumer affairs will be notified.

This App really needs to be updated. Their helpdesk is also pretty average. Lucky the cameras work for now but wouldn't purchase again.

Use to work perfect until a few days ago, now I can only connect via home wifi and not with mobile internet, no good if I can't look at the cameras when I'm not home ☹️

Happy with my Security Camera Setup and the app makes it nice and easy to view them from my phone, Highly Recommend. Also - Thankyou for keeping the app updated

This app is the absolute worst!! It never works& the connection constantly fails. Absolutely useless

keep getting device offline error. been 1 week since i could view the cameras on my phone. screens in the house work fine.

Pathetic...paid $400 for a security set up, download the app, and only last for a week or so bfr it keeps stating device online . Constantly restarting to get it working for a week ..if my home gets broken into and my cameras do not do as they intend to i will be seeking compensation . Pathetic

Easily the most temperamental and buggy app on the Play Store. Useless.
