This app has gotten a lot of its issues fixed , still a long way to go
11/2019 This app really is terrible. When it does work you can't view all your accounts. Every morning it seems to be down until around a certain time. It keep saying your login information is incorrect and to call the local branch. But later in the day you are able to login just fine. This app sucks. Update 06/24/21 This app still sucks. It's always down and not working on weekends and weeknights, can't see joint accounts, can't deposit checks. It really doesn't make banking convenient.
Worst Banking App I've ever seen in my current life and in my past life, literally. App never works consistently. They require your damn password for everything you do on the app which is mad annoying. Very outdated, faded and I just hate it. Do yourself a huge favor and stick with the big box banks that can afford the latest technology. Update: Reviewer K Bruce said to give this app a chance and it doesn't crash. Bro the website and the app have crashed since 01/06 and nothing works.
This is a big improvement on the old app. If you used the guardians app before summer 2021, the user experience was horrible. Give this app another shot. The new system is great and doesn't crash.
I just installed this app and tried to log into my account and was unable to log in. It kept saying they were unable to authenticate my credentials , the same I used online. I called the bank they tell me to make an appointment to come in then I see the horrible reviews. What the sense going in. They need to fix the problem so many can't be having the same issue.
Can't even use the app It constantly crashes for days at a time for maintenance When I can't get in it won't let me do anything I can't even touch the screen, it either closes the app or doesn't respond. Horrible bank institution on top of that.
Long time user of previous app, but updated version is very "Glitchy". Im using an LG device and have only been able to log into the app ONCE since downloading it!? It renains "frozen" and wont react to touch unless closing the app. Ive uninstalled/reinstalled, but no change. #VeryDisappointed
Always having difficulty using app on the weekends like the system crashing every other week. The app has made some improvements since I 1st started using it a few years ago.
Almost every other day when I log In It says theres is an error please call your bank I then have go to on line banking and start all over agin and have enter their pin # why, why???
Really disappointed that the only way to pay your credit card bill now, without a $10 fee, is through the app by transfer from a cu savings/checking account.
The App ALWAYS has issues especially on the weekends & what seems to be after 10pm. It tells me it can't validate my information. The next day I call to speak with a customer service representative & I get told I'm locked out. How? After only 1 try? This happens ALL the time!!!
i just opened an account with this bank and this app is horrible ever since i downloaded it i have been trying to log in and when i get to the security questions it just keepa shutting down. i have tried reinstalling the app over and over to no avail...need answers thanks.
Not updated like most app. No check deposit on app. App doesn't let you log in early mornings. Will be switching banks, sad because I've been with them time. No perks.
Simple and easy to use. Would be better if it also allowed check deposits via image camera options.
Worst app ever I can never get on line always tells me internal error has occurred please try again and then you have to pick a picture for your account .....just to much I cant be bothered with all this 💩
Can't log into my account since the new page. Says my account can't be validated. Called the credit union spoke with someone and I still wasn't able to get on.
I like the fact of accessibility to monitor but I would like to see previous balances after transactions!
The extra security feature is great but sometimes it can be a nuisance. Overall I am pleased with the App so far!
This app is terrible. I don't have time to call to know the app is gonna be down for maintenance. It's already down every other day as is.It's hard trying to get things done, when you cannot check your account.
Only on the other side of the United States and can't check my account.. yall need to fix these issues because this is unreal!
This app is not working 80 percent of the time..When making purchases and trying to keep up with your balance after a purchase is useless...DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP...IT MAY MOT BE SAFE TO DO SO EITHER.
Sucks, it's still in the stone age. Not user friendly at all. Very limited and often not working properly.
This app fails to function as intended sometimes leading to me being locked out indefinitely. Which honestly has made me feel insecure about doing any finances strictly with this banks' app or overall.
This app blocks me from getting into my account all the time. It's a pain in the ass. It needs to be fixed. This is the worst app ever. It has not been fixed. I hate it!!
The app refuses to open on my phone, I can log in on the computer website, but not open the app.
I like the fingerprint option on my phone. since the update, I no longer have it.
My app was working great, until I changed my phone now it has disappeared.
Frequent crashing issues. Unable to access information on wedsite or by Phone. NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT at all :(
It's fine. Definitely better than having to login the website every time just to check how much you have.
Nice improvement but It takes so long for the app to open and load. Also when I do transfers in the app I get the message "consent to read verification code denied" even though I'm clicking to accept it.
