Worked for a while, then I had to uninstall. Every time I unlocked my Note 8, I received an error on the screen "network connection failed". I researched the error and found many others with this issue. They solved it by uninstalling their security camera app. That worked for me as well.
Used to be an ideal platform which worked without fail. A recent update has rendered the app unusable. I hope whatever bright spark came up with this "improvement" is currently looking for a job. Ideally well away from computers & software updates!
not intuitive, nor easily used, and I am no novice by any means. Last update made the app/ my system useless, I am unable to connect now. App needs overhaul in a bad way! Suppose to be about security, but could not share images or video to law enforcement after I caught a package thief. What's the point if the app does not make securing our homes easy to use and share with neighbors and law enforcement, to help identify and prosecute criminals?! For now...purchase a different system.
Recent update on Samsung S8 has caused app not to work. Once logged in message says, "Network Exception." Device and camera views are not visible. When trying to add new device, it says device cannot be found online. Prior version worked completely fine.
No notifications on Android 9.0 Pie. When I try to enable them, it says it rejects the API token. When I read more, I realized that it is because this the app is not compatible with the latest version of Android.
This new update made it completely useless!! It worked fine before but now it's saying network exception when I log in my old account, it doesn't say I should register or give proper instructions so now it's confusing!!
Stopped working on my android lg g6 after recent update. Keeps coming up with message "network exception " error. Device and camaras not visible. The old version worked perfectly. Please fix bugs.
The app not user friendly. Last night there was a connection error. I uninstall & reinstall the app but still unable to connect to the server. Pls rectify this issue asap.
Very bad lag time. Does not work well. Have to keep switching back between frames to get it to work even on wifi connection.
Alarm notifications are not working in this app. They do work properly however on the desktop app. Lease fix. I am using ip/server setup

The update is an absolute joke! Doesn't recognise my password! After several attempts, I've finally got in. But now no pictures are being shown! Avoid at all costs!
I upgraded to Andriod V8 now the camera list does not work. Just blank. When will the App be upgraded to support? Note worked fine until upgrade
November update needs fix. I am unable to access from my android. It needs immediate fix. UPDATE DECEMBER 2018 Still no fix for this, really frustrating, and by the comments below I am not the only one.
The app has turned into useless junk in my phone after the recent update. Network exception error its giving everytime i try to login.
for those that have issues after the recent upgrade to the app or android in Samsung cells, download the EzViz app and login with the same credentials as the guarding Expert App and you can use EzViz instead. found out by chance. hope it helps.
I totally depended on this app and now it won't work on Android Version 8.0. I am totally pissed! Wish I could pay for a working version or sue somebody.
Since the last update this app has not worked! For anybody with an android this app has now become a space saver. I'll likely just uninstall it.
the app stopped working after the update. no cameras visible from my mobile devices. do not install this app. it is worthless.
After the last update ir doesn't not work..it erase the cameras.. can't reach them..it is like never existed and the web page is not available...Please fix it..
Works well. Would prefer if it could switch between internal Wi-Fi and external automatically

Upgraded my phone from a Samsung Note 8 to a Note 10. Hasn't worked since upgrading. Note 10 phone is running Android 9.
Copy of Hikvision's iVMS-4500. For the past year was not working. Better download iVMS-4500, no need for separate app with late updates with just different branding.

Terrible app, only worked for three months, now I cannot get live view or remote playback.
The most recent update sucked! I lost my P2P Cloud liveview. Forget about sending any emails to them because they don't respond!
I HAVE to use this app for work. The slider bar is a pain in the a$$... especially when you need to search through hours of footage for a specific incident like shoplifting... because it doesn't always stop where you want it to. A simple FF and Rewind button would be much easier!!! In the past 2 years I've had to use this app, I can't get past the fast forward speed of 2x (even though I changed it to 16x) except one time! It doesn't matter which device or what network I'm on...same results!! Put those two major issues together and it makes it a HORRIBLE experience when using the remote playback!!! If I know of a day...which is, on average, 14 hours long...but not a time that an incident happened, it takes hours to sift through video! Take notes from the ADT Matrix app...much simpler UI and more reliable. Would uninstall this app if I had an option!!!
