Cannot register for push notification. Can you please fix? It says connection failed, but that's wrong, because the camera works and everything else. Also PTZ control is hard to use. Please implement drag PTZ control.
Loved it until we upgraded our android phones, now we can see the app but the camera feeds no longer work. Frustrated beyond belief that there is no software upgrade available to resolve this issue.
Guarding expert HD will not work. I had previous Guarding Expert (not HD) a it ran as it should. Now I can't find it to reinstall.
Complete junk, used to be tolerable on old Android versions, but does not work on Android 8.
Had to reinstall the app after mobile phone repair, at this time appears to be working quite well. Will update if any problems arise later.
Upgraded tablet to OS 8, and now app is not functional. Why cant the developers update the app to make ot compatible with latest OS? Very disappointing.
Appears that updated android phones will not permit this content to display and I am unable to see any video. Please update.

Everything loaded fine, but the live camera feed isn't showing up...
Who ever has Guarding Expert and can't find anymore on Play Store then download Guarding Vision app. It will work.

Just updated my phone to Android 8 and it will not load. Get a black screen and nothing more
Can't understand why Hikvision dont do more development on this app. Well after the Android update nothing is working. Way better than the ivms 4500, well it was until all our mobile sites went down..
I'm have problems with adding the port number. The number keypad is cut off and I can't get to half the numbers
Worst app. It does not give recorded video. All of sudden this stupid app stopped working and my mobile hangs up when i open the app. Useless app. What's wrong with it app. It's not working in any mobile.
Playback rarely works. Live view is good, but playback usually just times out.
This app is awful, keep saying incorrect password and user name and won't go to live View when when correct, still can't view camera period. Terrible
Was great until latest android update. No nothing. Get with the program and update software. Now just waste of space.

Unfortunately, I upgraded my phone to Android 8.0 and now this app will not work. I can't see live video from the cams anymore
App worked great until updated Samsung to Oreo. Only black screen, no live cameras..bummer
After updated samsung software, all just black, cant see live anymore
So far the cameras don't show live feed but if I record I can see video for 13 seconds or whatever. But when it's done playing the whole app just freezes and I have to close out and go back into app.
