Hi, please add the option to offer shift to employees rather than just swap. Means if I want to give up my shift and want to give it to my colleague. Also please add the option to check in and do reports at site without the need of being clocked in. Sometimes 2 guards comes at site for sometime but can't make report because usually one guard it scheduled for the full shift.
This application is not user friendly. If you forget to log out then it will not send the client the report. It updates once month and that is cumbersome and causes guards unfamiliar with the application problems. Stay away
Very clunky. Difficult to navigate. Ransomly logs you out or shuts down. Has some nice features but simply not well designed.
Love this app. It makes management of guards very simple. Now i don't have to remind my shifts again and again. It sends me notifications of every work.
The new update had shut me out of the schedule and time clock completely. It just spins the load icon continuously it's doing it again. i can not even clock out
It's a good app but can we get it for a tablet or laptop also. I do a lot of my work off of a tablet and it would be nice to have it on there instead of my phone.
we used to use paper and pen to submit report but now we have started using Guardso. It has really made my job easy as guard.
Really nice app, I like it because it gives me options to submit reports easily. Much better then Tracktik and Trackforce.

Well i gave 4 stars and not five only because this app will clock me out if i did a ram clear or close all apps on android phones other then that i think its perfect.
keeps locking out or not locking in when I go to sign in or out all it does is spinny spinny spinny common other than that it's okay.

How to username and password not open
Works sometimes, constant disconnections from server and inability to enter reports almost every other day. Clocked out at random through the day while attempting to do work. Definitely need some updates and work done.
