Way too many bugs lately!!! Cannot click rating, rating is blocking the screen, cannot cancel class, no feedback for waiting list, etc... Worse ever UI, what's the use of having favorite studios if user can't browse only classes from those studio. Also, location selections just never stick. Seriously?!
Dishonest. I discovered I have been paying for a more expensive legacy plan for 6 months. Based on my usage patterns new pricing would mean I would pay 1/3 less. I was never notified there were any changes to pricing and this information was not available for me to view on the website. I only found out by talking to their customer service. Very unethical to keep charging me a higher legacy price, not notify me of any changes, and then when I discovered the discrepancy not to offer a refund anywhere close to the amount I have overpaid.
I love the Guava Pass concept and have purchased two packages, both of which I enjoyed using. I find the App good for bookings. I do however think that the website needs to be improved on some functions and navigation.
the app in Android is pretty bad, it keeps having bug. for submitting review, for booking, even for waitlist section (the app only notify me when the available slot has ALREADY taken, NOT when the spot is open). please fix it asap cause it is kinda annoying.
Simple and very easy to use app. I cant help opening the app from time to time and search classes based on my availability. Various types of classes and flexible time/locations encourages me to do more exercises.
It is convinient for a person in the mobile and always and i love the fact that you can work out anywhere. What flexibility!!!!
I thought you can book a low rates here how come it's asking still for a subscription and on the subscription list of packages it seems that the rates are too high. This app is a liar!
My classes got cancelled a few times without any notification. Not sure this is Guava's problem or app's. But I would like to be informed within app if my class got cancelled

I love guavapass.. well this apps user friendly and i got 'error' cancelation. I email the admin and yes, they help me with my 'error' cancelation. Nice!!!
Submitting reviews are a hassle, always errors and buggy. Map function also does not work.
Terrible app. Extend my membership without my consent. FYI I signed up for the 4 classes membership just to try out. I am deeply disappointed with this app and its business model.
I love this app because I get to try most studios near me and I even get to try different kinds of workout for a very affordable price
been using guavapass for a month and so far i have no problem using it. it helps me to be consistent in my workouts.
Great apps to check classes although sometimes when we want to cancel classes or to rate the class, it showed error messages
It is good enough but probably next time the app should be upgraded by showing us the nearest studio around a preferred location.
At first it was fun; then the number of members increased and the classes were decreased, thus booking for classes became nightmare.
Easy to use and can booked classes a week in advance. Though submitting a review sometimes causes error
Many of my favourite studios are no longer on this app . Ive no choice but to move over to Classpass
Guavapass allows my adventurous spirit to try new types of workouts! Working out has never been this exciting.

Awesome and ingenious app for people that love an active and healthy lifestyle. It lets you try various fitness studios and pick your favorite work-out and schedule. It has not disappointed me! The membership pauses is also an awesome feature, as it allows me to be more flexible in my payments especially if I need to travel and would not have access to any of the studios. ❤ Guavapass!
