Guest List
App requires no back-end server, Guest list management can be done in Excel or Google Sheets by exporting it to CSV and loading to Google Drive.
Guest List works offline, no internet connection is required during the event. However, Internet connectivity is needed for you to login and setup the App, add events, guests etc.
HOW TO IMPORT GUESTS TO THE APP✓ Create CSV file with 3 header columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address✓ Add First Name, Last Name, Email Address for each guest/visitor✓ Upload CSV guest list file to your Google Drive✓ Start the App, create your Event, press "Import from CSV" button✓ Locate the file in Google Drive and press "Select"✓ You will now see all your guests/visitors in the App
We also support Mailchimp, myMail and Microsoft Excel CSV formats.

Easy to use, intelligent, great looking. Excellent for all types of events! Used their fully fledged iPad app before, now changed to Samsung Tab. Please submit more app features on the Android.
Works great! Nice interface and easy to use. My agency is using it for online invitation and check in with multiple devices. Fairly priced. Best guest list manager on the market.
It's a free app but you have to pay a 3 month subscription for $197.32 in order to use it. Definitely misleading.
There's no pricing option for single event...we just have 1 event per year and we only have option for package pricing
The App is still good, if you have a subscription from before, but i got offered a migration to tje new app eventor.app, works great, thanks!
Does exactly what you want with this sort of app but hope they redo the licensing options to better suit everyone who needs this
Nice Guest List application Works great! We use this app for every event now. It works great.
Has many limitations such as partial cvs export, no multiple guest delete. Does not worth the money.

Very expensive for what it is! There are smarter guest list apps available.
I've been using this app for work (events), and I greatly recommend Guest List to my colleagues and friends for its simplicity yet effective, along with its uncomplicated process of data importation. Also, support team of the app is outstanding; Quick to revert to concerns, they were able to immediately identify and solve app problems. (Within 2 hours, they were able to fix their app that I had installed in 8 android tablets).
It charges 11 euros per event! Ridiculously expensive. I'm not one who thinks that everything should always be free, but this is too expensive.
Waste of money ... So Back dated. Doesn't sych with anything ... Can import contacts or select contacts from fb/google/sim/ or anything else... Need a tedious process of building csv files or MANUAL entry for each guest .... Simply Ridiculus :( wasted 11 Euro for an event I cant manage ...
Simple. It worked .. With this price it is OK. I need more customised fields and reports.

You need to pay to create list
Wasted a bit of time installing app only to realize this is NOT free, which is advertised as Free in Google Play. The word FREE next to the app name.
It has helped me a lot on my brother marriage function, lot of stress had gone while creating and managing the guest lists in this. Best app.
Straight to the point and easy to setup. The tech support team are amazing! They have been kind enough to advise on how to format the excel sheet for the guest list in order for it to match the app. You can export the guest list to generate a report for your client. Their packages are great as well! Will definitely use it again :-)
Used this App for events in Geneva and Zurich, very easy Mailchimp import, was not able to get rfid working though..
The App is perfect for the cycle events that i do, Had a few teething problems at first but emailed them for help and got very quick responses and got it sorted. Highly recommend
Needs licence to create events
Tried making something for my wedding that is a little over a year away, but it only let's you do something exactly 1 year away at most. So if I waited a month, it might work. Ain't nobody got time for that!
For something that is free you have to go through all these loop holes to create a guest list for an event...uh, why? Shouldn't it easy simpler? Maybe you guys should designs this for easy access.
I used the app for 3 store opening events in Switzerland. The app is very easy to use and reliable. ClickOn even provided 2 Nexus 9. One of them had no more batterie in the middle of the event but we could manage with the other one. Otherwise great product & great service !
There are a few event management apps out there but I'm really happy with this one. I love the customisable data fields. Signing in is fast and easy, even long guest lists. I'm definitely using it again!
