GuestCenter for Restaurant Owners and Managers

The app works well enough, but lacks key features and has a clunky UI. More access to manager functions is a must. I should be able to do everything I can do on the desktop from the app on my phone or it will never get 5 stars.

android app is completely useless. you can only access certain features via web based guest center and can only access other guest center features from the ipad as well. Get it together OT. 3 years later still useless....if it loads at all

Not so user friendly for android and keeps crashing, have to reset it atleast twice a day.

Improved, but has a long way to go. The app does have some utility now that reservation creation has finally been added to the Android version. It is however sorely lacking in other key areas. Occasional buggy behavior isn't uncommon. All the functions available on the GuestCenter webpage should be available in the app.

Attention all who need to modify and add reservations on an Android! Here's a workaround.... -open the website guest centre on your phone (it's actually configured very well for mobile) -use your browser settings to add to your homescreen by shortcut or whatever. -replace the App with the shortcut and delete the App -when you launch this, press 'continue to mobile site' and you will be able to use it as you SHOULD the App. It works perfect, you can modify and add reservations.

This is awful, the app always crashes or doesn't work well on my phone. I have to refresh multiple times and close the app multiple times just to view the day. My co-worker has an iPhone and it seems that the app company tailors to iPhone and leaves the android app in the dust. I can't even view reviews on here or do half the things they can do on the iPhone app. extremely frustrated and extremely unsatisfying. 1 star.

Can't use the app to seat diners. Can only make bookings and read reviews. Completely useless to run a restaurant. Only IOS is decent. Wish I had known this prior to purchasing brand new android tablets.

Why is this app completely useless on Android?? No seat map, no ability to assign server tables, no ability to assign reservations. USELESS USELESS USELESS

Frustrating user interface. Also, it is practicaly unusable right now. In addition, sometimes notification does not work. All the update seems make this app worse. I would love to use other campany for our online reservation, the only reason that We use this app is there is not any option to match with their network and popularity.

Not receiving reservation notifications since last update. Most functions/features have been moved to IOS app. Even some features available through a web browser, such as turning off reservations, have been disabled. Uninstalled/ reinstalled app... now crashes everytime I try to open app. Customer service is horrendous. OpenTable has seriously regressed

As a rudimentary app to see your reservations, it's ok. But compared to the ios version, it is mediocre. Almost all the features available on the ios; real-time customer progress through the night, adding reservations, guest feedback, is missing from the Android version. There are constant ios app updates, and yet the Android version is consistently basic.

My high volume restaurant downloaded this back in January or February, right after the holidays which is our busiest season (thank GOD they waited), because this app is a complete and total MESS. The old Open Table was frustrating sometimes, sure, but this is on a whole other level. Waited to give a bad review because I can be a pessimist, so I gave it a chance and guess what? I still HATE it, 7-8 months later. Unfortunately reviews only allow for 500 characters because I could go on and on.

This app used to work fine, but is now useless. It is impossible to sign in. The app goes round and round for a while and then says its servers are having a problem. This happens every time. My login credentials are correct because I used to be able to login to OpenTable all the time.

This app doesn't work when using my data, constantly tells me to log in then says my info is wrong, but if I'm on the wifi it works. I need to be able to use this whenever! Doesn't let you assign tables either! No point having it if I can't use it at any given time

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change Visit Notes and General Notes to Reservation Notes and Guest Notes like in the original version of OpenTable! Repeatedly, people don't realize the difference between one-time notes and permanent notes, and this can cause many mistakes during a shift. I have worked with this for a long time and it happens over and over. It's incredibly annoying!

The app is fine for what it is.. But the actual new open table program is not user friendly at all. Missing a lot of the old options which is extremely helpful. Some of the new functions replacing it makes no sense.

absolute garbage. you cannot do anything with the app except look at the reservation, impossible to interact with them and thus useless. Better to log in to open table on your phone's web browser.

I used to really rely on this app to tell me about reservations when I am away from the restaurant. Now I can't login and the app keeps saying there is an authentication error before I even have a chance to authenticate. Signed-high and dry when on the move.

This app is utterly pointless. I'm paying hundreds of dollars a month for open table and this is what that buys? I can't make a new reservation for a guest on this app. I can't make any changes to existing reservations. OpenTable bills itself as easy to use on the go but with an app this bad they make themselves look like amateurs. I used Yelp reservations for years before this and they have their drawbacks but at least I could make changes to reservations on-the-go. This app is garbage.

I am constantly being logged out, and told that my password is not right, but when i uninstall the app, and reinstall it, then i can log in. iOS version of this app is way better. This is a complete piece. I hate Apple products!

Feels too limited and clunky

The worst app I have in my phone . It does not work . Nothing works in this app. Whoever designed it must have cheated in his it exams .

Android functionality is woeful at best! It's "look, but can't touch." Until this has functionality anywhere approaching where it needs to be, this is a one-star app on android :(

Every single time I go to open the app there's an error with connection. I have to close it out wait for the message to go away and then reopen it. Every single time.

Previously had this app on iOS where you could actually make a reservation, read reviews, see a detailed shift overview, etc. This app is useless. As a restaurant manager I need to be able to make reservations using my phone and I cannot do that on this app. Changes need to be made to make this app even the slightest but useful for users who pay to have OpenTable for their restaurants.

I have to force close the app on my phone several times a day so it will update.

Why can't I make reservations with this app from a Google phone? This is useless. We use Google drive for everything, so it only makes sense to have a Google phone. But, we cant manage reservations from it. Pointless.
