The app won't open. I only see white screen after trying to open the app.

Supposed to be able to find a therapist and make an appointment, but it just keeps giving me a popup with a phone number to call. Completely useless.

I cant register after putting my desired username. It keeps flashing back when I'm putting my desired password. Irritating.

I can log in and see the tabs. I can't open any of them to read the information on the tabs I click on. It just goes to a white screen and says "bad request" in the top left hand corner. This includes the feedback page.

I don't find this app to be very useful. The website seems to work better than the app. Many different pages in the app don't display. The developers need to remove this poor excuse of an app from the app store until it be redone.

Just links to the website and a few "help sheets" which you can also get on the website. This adds no value if it just links you to the website, what if you are offline and need the phone numbers or want to email

Rarely able to log in, and when it did finally work, it was yet another way of accessing the website. Not even worth what it cost, and it's free!

The app crashes everytime I try to open it. I am an Amazon employee and referred to this app by them but can't use it at all.

App seems to work fine for me but anything you do just redirects to their website, which sort of defeats the purpose of having an app anyway

i get the splash screen, then it just stays white forever.

App does not work. Registered and tried to logon. No can do. Says cannot recognize the user I'd or pw.

Is there a zera stars. Please review board,allow for negative reviews. These app developers deserve a real negative feedback and than maybe maybe they'll work harder to improve on garbage.

Could not login. Every time I attempt to pick a saved password nothing gets filled in.

As others have said, this "app" is just links to the website. Not worth the download.

Couldn't register, said it could not find my company tried multiple times with no luck.

Embarrassing employee benefit from my, until now, 6 yr+ employer. Called in multiple times & put on hold. Calling in for help...I never...affirming my lack of worth
