If you're looking for a solution like Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger but for your business, e.g. a more secure environment and no ads, then Guild is it. Guild is a better way to chat (including DM), share links, images, video, etc with groups. It has decent alert of new message functionality, is fast and stable, and clear message threading. I currently run 2 groups on it.

I can use it... The app is requesting a photo but when i add it the app don't enable the next button

Good app for professional messaging. I like having a solution that's separate from personal messaging apps. It's private and so is GDPR compliant, which is handy for clubs and other committees.

How to use a voice call? Extremely difficult to use, or not fit for purpose. Okay. Thank you for advice. Voice/video call would be extremely useful.

Now using this app for three different communities I'm part of and it's working well. Runs reliably, and clean interface so a good overall experience.
