Guitar Band Battle

A pretty terrible rip off... it wouldn't be so bad if you couldn't tell they were trying to replicate rock band or guitar hero. There are clearly song that they twisted to make their own versions instead of doing something new and unique or just getting the rights to use the originals. Either way it leads to a pretty lack luster game that just irritates you when you hear a song you like that was twisted into a steaming pile of unplayable mess.

It's a cool game, a bit anoying, that you can only make progress in pvp, but still a lot of fun. I think it's kind of bad, how much of the final score depends on you level, rather than how good you actually played. I love the songs, with them being a slightly altered version of a known song, even though there are songs where I cringe every time, because they switched two notes. All in all, great.

This musical game is good enough for me. Many people complained about the song and the precision of the tempo, but that's not a problem just to have fun. And I understand very much that the song's title and melody seems like rip off, but that's not a problem because it's very expensive to pay license for the original songs, while all you people download this game for free. My only suggestion is to add feature for adding new songs, a forum or community to share new songs, or online new songs lib.

I really like this game it really gives you the guitar hero or rock band feel to it on the go but with a twist. my only issue with it is occasionally I will hit my navigation bar at the bottom of my phone and it exits me out of the game and I can jump back into it and I'll be still playing the song but it hurts my score. Is there a way maybe to program it to were the navigation bar is locked only while playing a match. I know this makes you not being able to exit the game if need to be.

I wrote a review which was apparently deleted so I docked another star. Obvious rip-off game with obvious rip-off songs. Graphics are good and a fun time-waster. No single-player so you have to beat an opponent player to progress rather than just get a certain percentage or points to pass. My biggest complaint is it is cumbersome to play. The developers don't seem to have completely considered the logistics of playing on mobile with only two thumbs.

Its good and I do enjoy playing the songs and the rip off names are pretty funny. but i think there should be an option to go back to the stages and get more money because i ran into a problem where I couldnt level up my guitar with the new stage because it was too expensive. if we werent able to go back to the stages there should be some other options that dont include ad watching.

Featuring such classics as Eye of the Lion, Everything else matters and Master of Dolls. Songs that hit the uncanny valley of music and sound close enough to the originals that you are always expecting a different note. The notes don't really seem to line up with the song incredibly well. It's passable but usually feels like you are hitting buttons based on the screen and not the music. Also has a strange and unnecessary upgrade system that seems to do absolutely nothing but increase a number

One star because it has a flawed system that needs fixing. At a certain point between stage 5-6 you NEED to score perfectly to win. Miss one note, even early on and it's game over, you've lost. Which is harder than it may see because the notes barely match up with the music. Too frustrating and unbalanced. There are better alternatives. Bye bye garbage. Uninstalled.

very fun, good songs to choose from. i just wish it had more options in the settings like ; being able to turn the menu music off, add genres or music styles into categories and seperate them [the categories] by difficulty. i also would like to have the option of choosing where at on the screen the bar goes. im not a big fan of that bar being right exactly at the bottom of my screen. i think there should also be a "career" mode and a "quickplay/practice" mode.

It's a fine game. Brings back memories of guitar hero and rock band. However, you make no money and upgrades costs a lot. You play a song to make 60$ while upgrades cost 120+ and need to max out 10 levels across multiple band members and instruments, the money progression is very very slow. Also it's not clear how to move onto the next stage.

The layout of the game and progression are excellent as well as the song options. The controlles when playing a song are fine but sadly i have picked up on a minor issue. From time to time the game will not recognise my finger on the note leading me to lose consentration and points. I could of coarse be mistaken as this may be an issue with my phone or my skills. This game is well deserving of my 5 stars.

Overall a solid experience playing the game, not only the battles themselves but also the aspect of leveling and skill etc. I do however have a problem with how easy the battles can be to get perfect, but still lose to someone who missed 1/4 of the notes but just has a higher level > higher skill score. Also, I'm currently on Stage 5 and in the practice mode there's easy medium and hard for the songs. Is it always on easy? Hopefully they get more difficult.

In the past two weeks of playing this game I've made exactly 0 progress. Been hovering around 2,200 discs the whole time, playing every day and putting up with the FAR too many adverts (between every song). The thing is so one-sided, you might win 25 discs but then you lose 35! One step forward and two steps back. With that, time for me to uninstall this. I won't miss the adverts that's for sure. Or the songs only robots and super humans can play *cough* Master of Puppets.

Extremely disappointed by this game. Besides a few of the slower songs where the input doesn't match the notes, this is such a well built and fun game. A lot of ads but that is fair enough for what is provided for free. I grinded for ages to unlock the final stage of guitars, saving money (meaning harder to advance) so I could instantly upgrade, only to find highest tier guitars can only be bought with paid currency (or earn it with like 1000hrs+ in game). Pay to win for best guitars. Greedy.

Pretty good game🙂. However I have just a few critiques, 1: All the song names are incorrect (took me a while to figure them all out), 2: The most annoying this is, they put you against way stronger players(their skill lvl) and it makes it impossible to win, unless you get perfect(which I probably get 60-70% of the time, and lastly 3: I purchased one of the special deals and never got my reward, I contacted you guys but never got my money back😔.. However, nevertheless, it's a pretty good game

The game is awesome! Progression is slow though if not purchasing at least a 10$ pack offer...Songs' selection is great, although it can become repetitive after a while. I really like the creativity behind each song (new titles/modified riffs and solos). I don't get the point of having a singer though, as the music is instrumental! And at stage 9, it could be great if rewards were always doubled as 100 coins per duel won aren't much when upgrades cost over 2000/3000 each...

I've been playing Guitar Band Battles a lot recently, it suits me. It works offline and, when online, I get to build my band to max points, play "competitive" battles and enjoy music. They usually match me with way stronger opponents but it drives me to be 100% accurate. It would be so awesome if they could use real songs but it's okay, they did a good job anyway.

I love this game. Downloaded multiple times. Offline mode available. Sometimes there seems to be a smidgen of a lag that I use as opportunity to be better... And it works! Could be my service or my area, but I don't mind it. if it frustrates you feel free to contact the developer and I'm positive they will look into it. Other than that it's challenging with opportunity to progress , move forward, and has both online and offline mode.

It's a pretty bad game. If I miss a note the songs do not react. I can miss every note and the music will play without you. All the songs are really cheesy spin-off of real songs like "I give love a good name" or "freeway to hell" like really... The game is too easy with no option for difficulty. It's just not a good game. It's main menu screen is trying to copy clash royal of all games. OT doesn't do anything change up how rhythm games are played and the whole experience was just poo poo. 👎👎

Uh, this game is, while being similar to Guitar Hero, really disappointing. The songs are just slightly different from real ones. For example, "Smoke on the River" is just Smoke on the Water. Also, if you're like me and just play games in practice mode all the time, there isn't a way to just play songs against no one. It has potential for a great game. Just these problems drop the rating down a lot.

This game is great but it's hard to be comfortable when playing could you maybe make it possible to turn the phone sideways so it's player's have the option to pick the most comfortable position. Also the game should consume more stamina by two bars most players spend more of their time practicing than playing.

They haven't added any new songs in 2 years, and whenever an add pops up, you're better off exiting the game and entering it again instead of waiting for the exit tab to appear. It doesn't feel rewarding at all and it becomes very repetitive, but it has a lot of potential and so I really hope that they'll start working on it again soon.

I enjoy this game but it's very difficult and close to impossible to level up, the higher the score the more difficult the rivals become and your score decreases after every lost game. It's frustrating at times, and in fact so difficult to progress that it makes me think about uninstalling even though I like the game.

The game does work i played it years ago and it was better it was easier to hit when it had just three strings now the way the frets move along with the notes gives me a motion sick feeling and as someone who plays finger style some times i have a longish thumb nail and it makes hitting the notes next to each other near impossible. The game doesnt seem broken but i have to say i liked the older (ios 6 compatible) version better. A lot of these songs are easier to play on a real guitar thaningame

Guitar Band Battle is a great game with classic songs! It's fun and addicting, but it has way to many ads! Unfortunately I had to uninstall it because whenever I start an online battle the game stops working. This problem might just be my phone, so I'll probably install this game again once I get a better device!

The game is good, its fun but only playing it for a week already makes me bored. I think you need to do a routine update to add more songs. And one more thing is about the reward system, i think you need to kind of fix it if we lose we should earn half of the prize, cz its too damn hard to win even if we only MISS ONE NOTE if we battling againts people with so much higher total skills differents. It could make a different of 1000 points by only missing one note😑
