This is a good app the only problem I see init that it doesn't shows or tells you about which finger you should use. So since I learnt about how to play guitar by myself long time back without any teacher or book just by listening, so for new beginners this would little confusing. Rest lets see...
Of all the free guitar apps this is the only one I use regularly. The free version has plenty of material if you're trying to improve.

I've been playing guitar for a while, I'm self taught so i missed out on all the standard things like chord inversions, and which chord progressions are best for which scales/modes. This app has definitely improved my understanding of structure and relation, as well as giving me a good mobile practice device. It would be cool if there was like an editor feature so you could make and play your own files. It would be uber cool if you worked tux guitar/another open source component that could open gp files.
Easy navigation. Simple interface with the ability to see more detail, so many other apps have cool features but overwhelming. I love the combo view of notation, tabs, as well as, given tempo and metronome. The examples are short but auto loop, i think this is easier than trying to play a whole song while trying to pause start etc Ive been playing rhythm guitar for years but am a newbie at theory. This is great for anyone learning or trying to expand their musical horizon. Cheers!
If exercises could be transposed, I would pay for this app. Until then, this app can only serve its intended purpose in the key of C/A minor. Also, it would be helpful to allow an option for baritone guitar (BEADF#B). Thanks!
Not all the sound bytes work. Really annoying when you push go and there's silence. Seems to be intermittent but very frequent.

There are great exercises to keep those fingers in shape. I like how there is an adjustable metronome with every drill. Very helpful.
This is the best and most useful guitar app that ive come across so far. Thank you very much, it's a big help for me. I'd love it if the app would be able to rotate together with the screen when the rotation(for my gadget) is on. But thats to do with the gadget im using, otherwise the app is just superb, i mean way way superb.
