Tereible for tuning, says it's perfect when its not and then right after saying it's perfect, i play the string again without adjusting it and it no longer says uts perfect. The only reason I'm giving three star and keeping the app is because it has chords on it and I'm still learning and tend to forget chord names or where to put my fingers (I'm really forgetful) and it will be useful.
It's a really good tuner, and i was recommended this app from my friend, who plays the cello. it helps visualize wether a note is sharp or flat. however, while there are options to tune for almost every string, there is none for the double bass, which I play. Otherwise, it works fairly decent.
I paid to get rid of the ads thinking that I already had access to the whole app. Had to pay for the extra tunings and instruments also. Ended up paying double because of this. I could have paid for the tunings first and the ads would have gone away. However, the app itself is great.
Very groovy even WITH ads! YES, there are ads, however they're not disruptive, the ads are silent and only about 5 seconds long! For real, like, most of the other free tuners I've tried don't give the option for alt tuning unless u purchase the app. Great idea using ads for those of us who 1 know our phone is probably not the most accurate when picking up sound tones, & 2 broke AF and don't have .99¢ to spend on an app....😁 THANKS GUYS!
After a few weeks of installing this app, it will start to display full-screen ads randomly, regardless of where you are in the Android operating system. It is incredibly deceitful. The developer went through great lengths to prevent the user from discovering that its this app that is doing the ads. Google should ban this developer account.
Works okay for tuning. Recent update seems to allow the app to display pop-up ads on your device whenever it feels like it. This has made me lose trust in the developer, as I now dont know what else it could be doing in the background. Feels like adware. :/
Nothing is available anymore. Before it was a super great app, really easy to use, even for someone as musically clueless as me, but now only 2 instruments are available for free and there's an add every time I tap something. It's not useful anymore, uninstalling.
I don't remember if I have ever written a review for an app. Typically if I dont like it I judt unindtall and move on. Thus app has changed that. Adds popped up ever 15 seconds which take 5 seconds to close. Then it gave me prompts for picking the tuning which wouldnt go away. This app is not ready to use and the add frequency is nonsensical.
It's an okay tuner, and being able to lookup chords is nice, but the app kept running in the background and randomly showing me advertisements. DO NOT DOWNLOAD (unless you don't mind seeing an ad every 15 minutes even when you're not using the app).
This tuner is awful, the tuning numbers only show for a split second, and only causes you to over tune and snap a string. Doesn't give accurate tunings, I have a snark tuner I used to compare the difference between a phone tuner and an actual tuner, the snark was more accurate than any tuner on the play store, and it is only 7 bucks vs paying 25 bucks to an app that barely even works.
This is an amazing app, i recommended it to those who are beginners or just want to perfectly tune your guitar. It's free, very easy to use and let's you know if it's too low or high and notifies you when the string is in standard. This also works for ukulele, bass guitars, and violin.
It is painfully slow and make a annoying beep when ever you use it. An ad pops up constantly to the point that you should just use guitar tuna it is better in every way. It was all tolerable until they made it so you can't tune in alternate tuning for free which it use to be. So for your sake us guitar tuna.
it is a very good app. it can understand the pitch of the sound very easily and my guitar gets easily tuned with this tuner app. The only problem is that it contains a lot of ads which creates problems sometimes. This is the reason I gave 4stats for this app.Leaving this matter it's a very easy ,convenient &superb app
For real, take my advice real quick right here... They've always cared solely only for the money, and now this app shows 5 seconds ads from time to time on your screen without you even having the app opened. This is just a money farmer for them. There are better apps out there than this one so don't waste your time and go download another one. And if my review gets deleted or something, I'll keep posting this thing. Thanks.
It has ads but it's the best Guitar Tuner in the store. There are a lot of available tunings besides the Standard E tuning and the app has a very neat user interface and works great. I really consider buying the AD free version but I haven't linked my google acc with my money account yet. Great Job !
Add took over the screen outside of the app and it caused constant crashes bsck to the lock screen. Took me forever to find it, my normal apps, all in one tool box and app drtective didnt find the offender mostly because i didnt suspect but popup ad detector finally identified thos app as the culprit. I verifed it with the all in one tool box and uninstalled and my app hasnt jad a single ad pop ip tsking overvthe screen, nor had it crashed to tbe lockscreen in two days. Garbage.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! It will constantly spam you with fullscreen ads in and out of the app. It has apparently been infected with adware and after some searching I found it was the culprit. Just buy a guitar tuner in real life.
This app is too good .it help me in tuning my aquatic guiter . But there is a little problem some time when I try to tune a string it's meter does not move from low tune to high tune it stay fixed in a place for some seconds though the string is not tuning perfectly but it okey .
I liked this app. It was one of the better tuning apps available and could actually detect low notes some apps wouldn't. It even let me tune to whatever tuning I wanted, despite claiming that was a paid feature. Months later, however, ads are coming up on my screen when I am not using any apps. Video with audio ads, unmuted by default! Even w/locked screen!! I held out for a long time because it was the best free tuning app... but I can't take it any more. I didn't give this permission, either.
