Issue faced during registeration in Application. Costomer name is retrieved as customer ID is entered. This cannot be changed. After completing the filling other information and pressing 'submit' button, alert notification pops up message that first name cannot be so short, minimum somany characters required. This is prefilled and cannot be changed. Hence stalemate!!
Pathetically slow. Takes ages to open. Outstanding bill gets uploaded much late, forcing customers to physically go and pay at collection centres in person (what's the use of the app then, if it doesn't facilitate online payment?). And same experience with the website as well.
Not user friendly. Doesn't have a contact number. Contact us doesn't work. You write anything at " Contact Us " it will say it doesn't matches.
This company is can't provide any service time to time. I have applied for new connection in 15th August 2021 but till today can't provide me new connection so i have tell to his officer but can't reply properly and i have send mail but no reply give to me
Hi Developer, in this digital era your application is far away to give seemless performance, you needed to work very hard, anyway I'm having this application in my mobile and keep checking and once you are in good platform I'll change my feedback. My good wishes to you and your team.
There should be a provision to add multiple connections in the app (just like any mobile operator app) as many a times the payment of 2 or 3 connections are made by the same person from the same account and also multiple accounts are linked to one mobile number only. So please make the changes.
Last update not good. In previous version there is option for manually enter meter reading and than bill will generate according to it. Now there is no option is there. My house is always closed during job hours. Every time i got closed home bill.
What a waste of time .. at post or mentioned banks always server error excuses and due to that finally i prefered digital way . As a result again no hope .Here unable to login , invalid login credentials. Its not about saying negative about app before trying it but i have seen previous complains here in app feedback. Than why don't you guys learn from those mistakes? Thanks for all these and would hope for best app.
Worst experience ever... In old application does not receive an OTP and in new application first name and last name is auto populate but in my name the middle name comes as a last name and it is only one character. In First & Last name we cannot change the value for the same and giving an error as "Please enter a valid 2 to 10 digit Last name". Even in new application doesn't received an OTP for registration.
There is no any notification which indicate increased unit charge and total balance of deposit amount or total payable deposit amount
Worst EXPERIENCE As i am waiting for new connection since 2 months after the pipeline are fitted in my house but no one given me any perfect answer
Your app is not some reserve bank account app so that we have to go through number of formalities (giving our personal details) for registration. Other similar service app just have OTP and then login for getting access,but in your app a individual have to prove that he/she is alive to get the access. Your latest update to the app gave me this bad experience unlike its early version which was easy and user-friendly.On that note I am just uninstalling this GSPC MOBILE APP.
The app must be improved. So many bugs are there, such as there is no option to go back from any menu, screen hangs out after opening notifications etc. Payment acknowledgement receipt can not be downloaded
It logs out automatically every 2-3 days. Even when I try to login with right login credentials, it says wrong. You need better server that can handle request in seconds, not minutes.
Needs improvement....even after update app in not fully functional...does not show gas usage...says failure...in contact with Gujarat gas after writing complaints details it says does not match our records so can't submit!!!! What!!!!! I have doubt about my latest bill amount but I am not able to Check in the app...
I'm not able to login in app using I'd pass, I have contact to the customer care and they asked me to register new account then I tried to login again with new pass and I am having the same issue. This is so frustrating. Really disappointed with the app fix this asap.
Features are very good but app is very slow. Always load to open. Pls modified it. App always log out within one month. Logout not required.
Worst app. Not able to register & Gujarat Gas wants us to go digital. If payment done online through website then extra charges are taken while payment. If so then ultimately the customers are at loss. If payment not done in time due to we being out of station then again fine is impart on the customer.
Very good app , extra kitchen , extra geyser point and TDC can be apply but not apply modification and dismental , kindly some updation this app so more benifit for online trasection ,save time and boost up digital trasection. Both customer as well as company benifit
Not working properly. Registration process throws error which is not specified. Shows only as error. Need to fix bugs. Lots of bugs.
Payment should be updated immediately. 3 days time is too much. Take examples of other applications where payments are updated immediately. Even SMS or email confirmation can be sent immediately.
Boring app. I am not able to login. Say - Password logon no longer possible - Too many failed attempts. So please guide me how I logon with this app. They are not send me a new password on my mobile or on mail id.
New userID creation process mentioned in the help section is misleading. You've to contact GGL to create new user ID upon attempt to create one. Help section mentions othereise. Can't use much of the app, was looking forward to using it. Another useless app from a government monopoly. Uninstalling. 1 star rating is being kind to it. UPDATE 17June2020: Instead of fixing the ID creation process (or the help section), there's additional bureaucracy of CALLING/EMAILING THEM, typical gov monopoly.
I've tried so many time to register, but neither OTP nor activation link appear in my mobile. Even after recent app download, version displays as old version & asks to update, but there isn't any updation at all. Making of an App & forgetting it, is not just done, mut be in touch with it regularly. LAST UPDATION displays April,2019....all most one year.
