Booked a bus using this app. I booked volvo multi exel bus of night time and they cancelled the bus and allocated me the normal bus of the noon which was very old and very uncomfortable bus. They shifted my tickets to other bus and definitely sold my tickets to another person at very high price. Never ever trust on this Gujarat travels. Actual Bus was tottally different then pictures they were showing.

Great app and company as well I love traveling with gujarat travels it has always been my 1st preference. Staff , sanitation services every thing Is up to mark.

Booked bus through this app. Bus was cancelled and shifted my booking to other bus. There is rate difference of Rs. 100 but Gujarat travels office deny to refund rate difference.

Services of Gujarat Travels are extremely bad. Bus came 3.5 hour late and no any prior intimation was given. Seat was occupied by another passanger. Staff response is not appropriate. In my opinion, this bus service has lost it's standard and brand image. Journey was not comfortable as there are many passangers without booking, even upto 4 persons in double sleeper. I will never recommend it to any one. I strongly recommend, do not travel with Gujarat Travels.

In your app PNR no cannot be uploaded as 9 is disabled. And PNR contains 9. So no complaint is registered. Smart guys.

I would recommend negative rating. Worst to worst service. Actual dept. time 11.45pm but reached pick up point 3.30am. Almost 7 hrs running late when I reached destination. Even Indian railway maintain some time punctual but Gujarat travels running like Bullock cart. Even if you travel by auto we will reach well before time. I request never ever book ur ticket in Gujarat Tr otherwise you end up with horrible disaster journey.

Best transport company I've ever come across Gujarat travels has never dissatisfied me the staff bus service and everything else have always touched my expectations so far . 🥰

They provide very bad service , bus always getting cancelled and people facing lot's of problems. Even they charge very high amount of charge for the travelling . One of the worst company for traveling .

Do not take Gujarat travels ... Recently I travel from surat to Bangalore and the bus in mid night break down twice we pay hefty amount for hassle free service not to get adjust on different different busses ty dnt even process refund for unused facility and no customer care I emailed them no revert from 10 days. I booked two slippers from Chembur to Navsari. The arrival time of the bus was 2.40p.m. However this bus did not came even at 4.00p.m. We the senior citizens at the age of 75/74 could not bear waiting on Roadside and call the driver to cancel the ticket.I also sent mail for cancellation.Hower I have yet not received confirmation.

Rates are very high without facility, staff behaviour is very bad, generally late reached at destination 2-3 hours, local passengers are allowed from roads.

Very poor service , anywhere can change the bus as well as bus seat. Staff response is very bad, talking very rudely. Bus timing is not as per standard. I recommend not to use Gujarat travel. Very worst service as well staff behaviour. I have booked my ticket ahmedabad to Delhi on 23rd at 6:30pm, bus reach at jaipur on 24th at8:30am. They have changed the bus from sleeper to seater and allocated at back side. There was bus stop for 2.5 hrs. No response from Gujarat travel staff.

Bus start right time from pickup point from there to destination will huge Time to drop n if you book counter ticket they doesn't book your dropping point they book ticket main station instead of sub station. His employee are unmanner behavior with the passenger so i strongly doesn't recommend to others don't travel with Gujarat travels better you travels with truck instead of this travels third class

I had very bad exprience with gujrat travellors, 1.Bus is 4 hr late from there actual timming, 2. Bus coordinator is also not supportive, 3. Bus is not proper maintained, in this corona situation, 4. Not performing any tempature check, as they are picking any one from route, only because of money, 5. Driver is not driving bus properly, as its risky for all, I surely recommended to avoid this type of travellors,At the end with gujrattravelors you will surely get worst exprience, 0 rating .

Trust me, don't travel through this agency. They will book your bus and then they can cancel it anytime they can reschedule your bus, without you even knowing. They won't refund either. Please, travel through any other traveller.

Gujarat travels service is poor and bus condition not good. Yesterday I travelled for junagadh and bus is not come as like other Gujarat travels balus has they have send rAMDEV travel bus and also uncomfortable for sleeping and not good at overall. Never booked gujrat travels for saurastra zone better to use patel travels they give proper service as per ticket price. I paid rs 900 but not good service.

i don't like the trip. Not receiving call, Bad timing,Bad service, Paisa same rhega service and facility kuch bhi nhi hai. unsatisfactory, i don't get what Gujarat travels committed. worst trip ever. i always prefer Gujarat Travels from last 10 years. but now a not going to take Gujarat travels Again.

This operator's service is extremely bad. Staff is also as per operator's standard These buses are always breakdown during traveling. Also the customer support team is not for customer's support. They are for customer's harrasment only. Please don't use this service, these rubbish are big frauds

very poor and more importantly wastage of money and time. Buses are fined by RTO at karnataka border for 1.4 lakh for carrying illegal things. Don't install this app it doesn't contain helpful information. worst app ... bus services also worst..bus were late by 5hrs.. better to go by state transport.

No lower rating below 1 star available. That would have been my option. Hopeless timing of bus. They stop for taking parcels at the cost of customers' time. Don't book if you have train after bus. You will loose train for sure.

I booked ticket Jaipur to Ahmedabad on their site. I tried to login but otp not received. So I directly on site without login. I didn't get ticket mail or message on phone. Later I call their concerned booking office for ticket print. I need ticket print for Reimbursement purpose . Helpless. Don't book from such rubbish site.

Worst management. Have cancelled my trip but they didn't refund my money and not even respond to query. Don't use this application and this travel agency. They are robber. I am going to file FIR for fraud against such issue.
