The app used to work flawlessly earlier. From 2 months after the recent update I am not able to use the app at all. It just gets stuck. I called the hotline, the call agent tells me everything is fine. I deleted and reinstalled the app still showing the same. I have started using my other bank account more often because of this.
I have no problems with the app since the old versions but the attitude of this bank's employees towards their customers is very undesirable. Also I have been waiting and following up my End of Service Benefits for a long time to be released but it seems like they are not willing to give it. All requirements already fulfilled but still to no avail.
For about two months I've been getting an error message saying "there's been an issue processing your request", and i cannot log in through the app. Tried clearing app storage, reinstalling and updating, multiple times, with the same result
The problem is not with the app but your service, there is a problem, we call the hotline and it is answered by extremely rude person (female) who does not want to admit that there is a problem. Finally after a day and speaking to several different agents who do not even have any decency or know their job,, thanks to another person who answered and understood and she knew what she was doing and got my problem sorted. My sincere thanks to her.
Had some issues and glitches this morning with their error server not connecting ..then processing request issue then loading loading message but by noon the issue was resolved ! So i have upgraded my 1 star to 4 its a good useful app in general hope it continues working flawlessly !
I was uninstalled my app and reinstalled and tried to login but the app says "you have registered in more than 3 devices and choose authorised devices from profile menu" but there was not a option at all, the developers must look into it... Now i am noy able to login into mobile banking. Other than it was very nice..
Very very very bad experience from bank employee side. Even Venezuela had prevailed better employees . totally disappointed
The only gripe I have about this app is the faulty facial recognition included with the biometrics login. Please make an option to use only ur fingerprint like all other banking apps do. It's just as secure and reliable.
The app is not working from last week.

Worst app ever seen....If i get a chance to rating in negative, surely I go with that...It always show user is inactive...so many times i called customer care and activated the same, but still shows inactive user. Also i contact with my nearest branch, there also i get pathetic customer service from them...Very very very poor in the field of banking sector...I think Gulf Bank is not suitable for proper banking sector....Worst customer service and worst app....
the new version have an issue for the left scroll transfer button is not click-able anymore ... I have to go to the top right menu , account, transfer options
App is always giving this message: login is not allowed Is this because of the last update?
It's more secure app. Easy to handle.

Don't know who they hired for making this app, it's a total disaster, my phone got updates three times, now when I try to register it says, " only three mobiles are allowed and choose from profile the mobile i must register, funny part is to get to my profile I have to be logged in, and it will not allow to log in, and online no options, dha !
Face recognition is almost not working, so you can't use finger print option. For signing in you need password which is very old method and time consuming
A decent application. Serves what is expected of it. A negative is that you cannot do fund transfers without subscribing to SMS service. This restriction is preventing me from rating it 5 stars. I have account with other banks and none of those banks have this nonsense.
“This app is not available for your device“ This is the message appearing when I try to upgrade.. What is the problem I can't understand.. Didn't get any help from bank branches.
This app is so disgusting.... I uninstall and installed it several time. If install it once only one time can login tha app. For next time need to do it again...... If u have unlimited data pack and enough time, Then only choose this app....
We should be able to use the app without an update as well.. as sometimes there are issues during the update or it doesnt update for weeks or months.
KYC update is not working. After entering all details when click on send verification code it's giving a error saying contact Regional manager. Even if mobile is registered with Bank.

Unable to log in to my account because its telling me to remove a previously registered device by going to the main menu and selected "authorized devices" ... there's NO such option!!??
This app is very useful and easy to handle.we can download and print account statement.every transaction shows clear manner.this app I am using last 4 years and not face any problem.
remove the biometric feature that you have to smile and blink to open the account and just stick with finger prints. its just annoying

New app is a disaster. I had no problems with previous version and new is just to forget. Poor programming. Not who how can you even release this to a public without completing proper (and full) testing phase. Very, very disappointed.
