The app worked fine and then it was "updated" and changed. ever since then it has been a nightmare to use. I use it because I have no choice. it never loads. it freezes constantly. there is a delay when you transfer money from one account to another. I constantly have to register my device. I get locked out. I told customer service and they told me I would adjust to it. no. I know when something is subpar. this app is atrocious and makes me rethink banking with gulf coast.

Whatever changes were made to this application have altered the use of it. I was not able to get past the word processing after a proper login was done. Which would result in me having to go to my web browser to view my banking information. This app was a waste of my phone space thus I am deleting it. Prior to whatever changes have been made, the app was great! It was a necessity to have on my phone as was a great convenience, both, inside and outside of the bank; please fix this app!

App is great. I can login and check my account and everything but my only problem is that when I go to the deposit section on the app it won't let me deposit my check and it just takes me out of the app completely. I would rather deposit my check thru my app then go to the bank. If it can be fixed it would help me a lot. Thanks

This is a great app from a great bank. I've had absolutely no problems with it and the staff at the physical branch have gone above and beyond for me recently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank.

Very pleased with the functioning of the Golf Coat Bank mobile app. And the customer service is very personal as well. Love my bank.

WHEN this app works I like it, but that's just it, there's always some problem with it. Right now everytime I try to use it, all you get is that it's loading, and that's all it does. I travel alot and I need a banking app that I can count on, right now this one isn't it.

I'm far from a tech savvy kind of guy but, my rep at my local branch was able to get me logged in and rolling. Love the ease of use and ability to handle most things from the app. Great job!

The app makes managing my money very easy. Having both of my accounts and all of my transactions available makes keeping track of savings and expenses easy.

Currently doesn't work on Android. Stuck at loading screen. edit: Changed from 2 stars to 5 after they fixed a major bug that made the app unuseable, now its the best banking app ive ever used.

This app used to work fine. I deleted it and re-installed after having trouble with the loading. Same problem. Please fix!

This app is the greatest. Easy to use to transact all my business. Kudos Gulf State. Keep up the excellent work, I wouldn't bank anyplace else but with you guys.

I love my banking app. It is easy to use and very user friendly. I can do everything from transfer money between accounts to making a deposit.

It doesn't work, can't get further than processing... I have to restart my phone in order for it work and works only once.

The only problem I experience is slightly longer waits for checks to deposit and available balances to appear after a deposit. I love GCB and think the app is fine.

It's a great app but its missing the digital deposit were u can take pictures of your check and depost it through picture.

I have had difficulties in accessing my account in the late evening with the statement that there are no accounts available. Not very helpful as I try to review my accounts at the end of the day.

Yes i enjoy this app very much, fast and very easy to use. Also has alot of options.

Need to clear data and cache almost every time I log in or it gets stuck at the log in and never loads.

Never loads when signing in. I might as well give up on this bank. I liked to check my balance and I cant even log in.

app always displays no accounts available this app is horrible, after making a cash deposit check for account balance and says no accounts available after I log in

I've had this app since I got my account. every since the new update it will not let me log into my account.

Overall user friendly layout. Customer service is great, as well.
