The app has not worked at all for over a month and now the actual website on the phone will not even let you log in to your account. Making it now impossible to view your account on anything but a desktop. Whoever is in charge of the online department really needs to be removed to get a real developer in there. Super frustrating to not have access to my account anymore. It's really sad that such a great bank in person has such a terrible online manager.
App has quit working in the last month and a half. To the point where there is no functionality whatsoever. I absolutely love GCEFCU as a bank but their app development team needs to be gutted. Even when it did work the execution was horrendous!
Won't let me login, tried every trick and more, wrong PW, invalid user u name it.

well since they changed to the new app I havent been able to log in evem though I know my information is correct I cant even log in on my computer now what the hell am i gonna do? go to the bank every time I need to kmow my balence or find an atm?
What have you done to the mobile app?? It's worse than it was before!!!

Trash doesn't work
Doesn't work well anymore. Keeps closing when I try to .make remote deposits or nbn use finger print to make login.
Keeps telling me wrong login info, when I KNOW it's correct! Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Pointless to have this.
The fingerprint log in does not work. Reported the issue but no response on fixing the issue.
Horrible app! Kicks you out of mobile deposit. Many glitches. Needs lots of attention.
It was a good app, then it started no letting me open the mobole banking part.
I love the credit union, but the app is terrible.
The credit union is amazing but they need to contract with a new mobile app provider. It is horrible almost to the point of being nonfunctional.
This app is a travesty. For those who enjoy pain, you are in for a treat!

This app is horrible. Remote deposit doesn't even work which is why I got it. And the remember me doesn't work either. Easier to just login to the original website.
Remote deposit doesn't work. Still. I don't like having to stop by the bank every week to deposit my check. Not a huge inconvenience but still would like to be able to do it from home.
REMOTE DEPOSIT DOES NOT WORK. FIX THIS. I go to the last step and when I hit submit, the app crashes every time. Closed then opened again and nothing. Uninstalled then reinstalled, and nothing.

I only gave 2 stars because this app has been saving me a 40 minute drive with the remote deposit for the past year. However, with the new Google Pixel phone the remote deposit app freezes every time I take a picture of the check. I will be making the drive to deposit my weekly checks until this is resolved. Also, the 'remember me' function has never worked so its basically a 5 step process every login. Not a big deal but would be nice if the app was more efficient.
Love the bank hate the app. Would be great if I could do bill pay from it or even the mobile site... Having to use the desk top is such an inconvenience.

Unreliable, faulty, crashes a lot. Read the reviews and was worried but had a great first 2 months. Now it's awful and I'm going into my browser instead.
