So far so good. Logging into your account with the fingerprint sensor works very well, it was broken on the last version. I also like how I can see my account balances without logging in, though I wish it loaded faster. Edit: It's easier to find now! Don't really have any complaints!

Easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. This banking app is both age-friendly and smooth in graphic design. I actually have an easier time utilizing this banking app than my Chase one! GCEFCU is always updating and tinkering with the app to make it excellent.

So far so good. When i opened the new app some how my info wasn't transfered over from their old system and it wasn't letting me log in. Once i called the credit union they were able to fix the problem very quickly. They always have awesome customer service. I'm loving the new app so far.

The app is great but every time I try to use Zelle through the app, it always tells me that it is unable to load. I can't use the actual Zelle app either because it just directs you automatically to the GCEFCU app. It's really frustrating, I hope the problem is fixed soon.

its confusing, personally prefer the other one. but new things to learn. I would hope they can make videos to show how it works and how to transfer, see pending transactions, etc.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I applied for a loan, I got the feeling that the loan officer was personally rooting for me to be approved rather than just jumping through the hoops and blowing me off. The new mobile app has a UI that is SIGNIFICANTLY improved. And, I can trust that they aren't taking my money and low-key funding Russian oligarchs or Saudi oil interests. I'm very happy that I've decided to bank with GCEFCU.

This new app is solid with full functionality. So much better than the previous version. Loss of a star because the security questions are so limited and nothing I could use or will remember. I expect a few "reset password" situations.

I felt in love with Gulf Coast from day one! now that I dont live in Houston this new app it is my life! I love it! makes my life so much easier and the remote deposit is fabulous. I never used it in the old app version because it drove me crazy and could not get it to work but now my remote deposits are so easy to do is amazing! as always the credit union is my financial institution since becoming a member wouldnt dream doing business with anyone else no bank compares in my book! 🥰💖 GCEFCU!

I love this app so much!! Transactions and transfers appear immediately. If they haven't gone through all the way, then they appear as pending. Best mobile banking app I've ever used.

Love the biometric(Fingerprint) Scanner. Thought the new app would be garbage, but glad i was proven wrong! Easy to use for anyone with a phone made within the last 2 years! Love GCEFCU!

The best bank why not have one of the best apps too???? you will not be disappointed if you bank here this app is a must 👌.

app crashes and will not open. I cleared the cache, data and the app worked. closed the app and crashed again. have to clear cache and data every time for it to work.

This app is great! Very easy to access and easier to use. I love the electronic check deposit. I am out of town often and this make banking even easier.

They work with you as an individual, they are fast and very convenient as well with their app and atm locations.

The app will sometimes freeze up but it makes life so much easier. Gulf coast staff is really friendly and always helpful.

LOVE LOVE IT!! the remote deposit has been a lifesaver and the upgrade is amazing! I have longer checks to submit and it does it perfectly now!!!!GREAT JOB!

Easy access to your account(s)! Love the account snapshot & quick login. App can be slightly glitchy upon login occassionally. Overall, GREAT app!

With the update, it has been a much more user friendly service. I can more easily view my account information and make transfers. Happy client!

I downloaded the app but after I sign in, it shuts down every time. I tried uninstalling and installing again and it still does the same thing.

Credit union is great, app is easy to use for your banking needs on the go. Like this new version since you can now see the days your billpay items will draft.

Simple and reliable

GCEFCU has been a source of wonderful service and like a helpful friend since 1989. Updated apps have continued that experience. Still true in 2020

Very easy app to use. Has everything you need to do in the app that you do in the lobby. Saves me a lot of time so I dont need to go to their offices. Thank you for the app

I really like the ability to view balances without having to sign into my accounts. This solves about 95% of my needs.

Pretty great app. Gets the job done only complaint is I wish it would give me my accurate spending in real time not just pending purchases.

I love GCEFCU! I would not use any other financial facility. Their new app makes banking easy. It covers all my financial needs.

I love this app. It lets me keep on top og my finances easily. I particularly like the quick balances and the pin number log in

App has improved 10 fold from the original. I have yet to experience a bug
