The app used to be really terrible (like one star, my previous rating) but they've actually fixed it. Activating the pump is fast and reliable and I get 10c off per gallon. I was even able to add a new credit card yesterday (Citibank), something which had always given me errors. If you are stil having problems adding a credit card, try again.

I've had the app since July 2021. It has always worked wonderfully for me. Maybe they did an update. Gulf is my neighborhood station and the cheapest of 5 gas stations around me. So it's truly been a pleasure. I would recommend to friends but it's so few Gulf's in NYC.

when I first started to use the app it worked fine. now when I open the app, it shows that I'm in Houston when i live in New York. there's no place to try to put in info to get to the right area or station. why don't you just fix this app the right way once and for all. I would give this app no stars if that was possible.

This is a good idea with horrible execution. I've had this app on my phone for years but most of the time I attempt to use it, it doesn't work. It always says that it's unable to process my payment, and when you try to run it a couple of times it tells you that it can't be used because you tried too many times. Also, if you try to pay inside with the app the gas station attendant never has a clue how to use the app to pay. Terrible!

Horrible experience using the app. I have to enter information to generate a code each time while the attendant waits and gets frustrated and walks away. As the authorization only lasts about 10 seconds max , by the time he comes back to my car, I have to do it over while he tends to others. After three or 4 times, I left to drive elsewhere for gas. What a waste of mine and his time.

Garbage. What used to be a very valuable app has become a worthless, non-functioning inconvenience. App won't let me delete an expired payment or add a new payment. In the past I would create a new account with another email address and that would work but this option is not an effective solution anymore. This is the only app that offers QR Code which is a precious technology given that i don't have NRF or whatever it's called. Gulf, you lose.

Have been using this app around 3 months with no problems until tonight. Went to get gas and use the app but the location on the map was correct but app would not let me choose it. Kept giving me a station in Connecticut...I'm in Tennessee. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same thing. My husband also got the same thing on his phone

Unfortunately this app can not save data such as credit card info and won"t allow you to reenter any card info. The message that displays pops up from the bottom and disappears in 1 second. This definitely needs to be fixed.

I've downloaded dozens and dozens of apps. I generally don't write reviews - good or bad. But this app is just dreadful. I don't know what they are thinking. I downloaded it and after having to mess with it for about 15 minutes finally got it to work. I used it once. The next time I tried to use it, it was as if I had never set it up. I had to go through another 10-15 minutes to set it up again, and then when I tried to use it, it said "cannot reuse cell phone number" and sent me back to the beginning. What? It's the only cell number I have. Was never able to use it again. Absolute garbage. Gulf should be embarrassed and sue the app developer.

not sure if it's just me, but the latest version broke everything. it will no longer find any Gulf stations, even when I'm in front of the pump and I'm unable to manually put in the location. it all worked previously

This used to be a great app. Lately a lot of locations near me have had their loyalty program revoked. I will be deleting my account and uninstalling the app as it's no longer useful to me.

Since the last update, the app thinks I'm in Houston... neat trick as I'm in Massachusetts. Can't use the app since my preferred station is "too far away.' This bug needs to be fixed, pronto, or I'm going to another brand of filling station.

These never work AT THE STORE! So I install the app at home. Save my credit info. Keep the account. Go to the store. Wait as the app doesn't have my CC info, won't accept any new CC info, and generally just fail at it's one job.

App sucks does no good to have just swipe your card at the pump. Was supposed to get a discount on first transaction and didn't. I will be deleting this app.

This app is garbage. Is hard to use does not give discount for gas. Tried at the pump and in store. Have been denied 15 cent discount and it rang up a transactions that had 0.00 on it which forfeited my discount even though the app malfunctioned.

It is really frustrating to be standing right beside the pump, only to have the app not allow me to use it, because it believes I am more than 70 meters from the station.

I like the fact that i can pay with my phone from the pump. But i tried to use my qr code inside and the guy running the counter looked at mr like i had 3 heads. I also hate the fact that if you dont have over a certain amount of money in your card, you will not be able to use app for pumping gas. Other than that, awesome app.

First time I ever tried it as I have no gulf stations close by. Told me stations were too far away when I was sitting at pump. Obvious l have no experience with it but it didnt work.

The app activated the pump and 3seconds later turned it off. Went into the store and the clerk refused to use the scan code will never buy gas from Gulf again. Do not download app it will not work and store clerk are obnoxious if you come to them with the code and no cash I don't carry cash one of the reasons I originally downloaded app

When you try yo process payment via app. You get error message that says "Sorry. We were not able to process your payment" It does not matter what pump #, you will get same error. Also another error I get a lot is that "tried too many attempts to fill gas" when in fact never got the gas

Cannot add a payment method. I tried several cards - nothing worked. Useless. Two years passed - nothing have changed. Neither Click to Pay no Card on File works.

I wish I could use this app. But it won't find any of the Gulf stations around me. It just keeps saying, "No Stations Found" even though I know there's a station there in real life.

Cumbersome to use. You have to go through several screens while waiting at the pump. If you enter your information too early, it times out and won't let you reenter your information. Just use your credit card!

This is the worse app. It gives you the discount then once you choose your grade the discount disappears. Then you can use it again. Total scam😒🤯😤😫

Credit cards do not get saved, if they do, the payment method doesn't show up. App is unusable.

App sucks balls, it only works when it wants to. I used it 15X and it only worked once. I called trash ass helpline and they dont even honor the receipt info...damn waste of time money and trash gas...that's why it's so cheap..done with this bull ...sticking with sunoco, exxon,mobil, citgo, shell,...to hell with gulf fake ass app..they dont even respond with an explanation!!

Have always been able to fill up both cars with the app. Suddenly it tells me I made too many attempts.

Worthless app for finding stations in Puerto Rico. It will not find stations that I know where they are located.

This App does not accept my Gulf Credit Card as payment. I wish someone would fix this, as we would like to use the App with my original Gulf Card.

It always makes u log in time consuming at pump when getting fuel ....needs to be able to save username and password and give you option using fingerprint to log in
