Have to say that ever since gulf power switched over to their latest app it has been a complete mess. Everytime I try to pay my bill using a credit or debit card it keeps coming up with error messages. Also gulf power claims this is a more easy to navigate app, as well as more simplified, when the complete opposite is true. This app is definitely not user-friendly, and it has less detailed account information as compared to the previous app If I could give zero starts I would.

Easy to use but refreshes every time I leave the screen which wastes time if I'm moving between screens to access other info. I have to start over each time I navigate between screens or apps. Understand they're switching to a new platform, but work out the bugs before directing people to the new site! You still have to get redirected from old app to new app. Extremely frustrating. Might as well not use the App at all. Wastes time.

The app is impossible to log into. There are three different links to "Pay my Bill" which prompts me to create an account, with a small link to log in. After attempting to log in, it reverts back to the initial screen and does not log me in. Trying to access my account at all has the same result. My bill cannot be paid or even viewed through the app, which is the only reason I would use the app at all. If I try to provide app feedback through the app, I am told "There was an error connecting to User Voice" and can't give feedback. Don't waste your time.

Works perfectly for me. The new log in is so easy. I can just use my fingerprint now whereas with the last app, I had to search for the login, sign in with account number and email plus a captcha every single time. It was laborious. Now it's a snap. Update: The usage stats have been up to date for a while now, I forgot to update my review. This is a great, functional and highly useful app. It's really cool to see my stats and bill estimates. It updates daily how much energy I use. So cool.

Basically being forced to pay and extra $2.25 just to pay my bill, along with this gruesome set up of a mediocre app. Beause they don't won't to hire people to that part anymore. Yay new with a false promise to make easier but instead it actually makes it even harder to simply pay my bill. Cause if you clicked the wrong thing at the last of finalizing the bill. You have to start all the way over. Go through app to get promp 3 times for same info before you get sent off to website that does same.

I have to use the old version of the app with an old account # just to be sent to the new version of the app to use the new account information. If you try to go to a different screen for your info on your phone it will kick you out of the Gulf Power app. Hitting the back button while navigating kicks you out of the app completely as well and then you'll have to start the process all over again. The new account #'s don't even work directly with my bank for auto pay. This app is truly terrible.

Sign in is broken and has been for months. No matter how many times you reinstall, clear cache, clear local data, doesn't matter. I don't even get as far as putting in a password, just putting username results in a generic "something went wrong" error.

The login process is completly broken. The payment process is completly broken. App programming tip, let Google's save password feature for Android apps actually work WITH your app Not AGAINST it. When you pass payment control over to a 3rd party ,autofilling the account number is essential not optional. This app has really one job. Put my money into your hands and it can't do that reliably.

Please integrate paying via a credit or debit card. It is ridiculous that we are in 2020 and can put humanity into space, yet having an app that allows you to pay with a card without navigating through a browser isn't possible. And that you charge a $3 fee for it too....

Yhis new app does not offer alerts to be sent when daily usage is over the threshold. The old website had this feature. The mobile app UI has bugs. The font size of the main menu is too big, which causes menu options to be truncated.

I think it looks better but it takes days longer to get your bill before all the changes i could pay my bill on 3rd of the month and now it could be the 8th of the month and even though its not due i pay all my bills on the same day of every month and have been for years if its due or not even if it's 2 weeks early that way i don't forget to pay them or since i live on a budget i no what i have for the rest of the month so looks are great but functioning website is better

I downloaded this app trying to get info on outages. It was worthless. The initial page forces to to go thru a rigorous process to get an online account. Having done that, I expected to be able to access outage ibfo. I got nothing. Completely worthless, and at a time when info is vital.

The app does not contain a "pay by" or "deliver by" date which allows the customer to schedule his/her payment. Almost all utilities and bank credit card accounts DOES include such an option. Is it so difficult to include such an option?! I don't think so. The question then is: "Why this option is unavailable?"

I installed it but there is no icon on my phone. I have been sitting in the dark for several hours. There is no info from gulf power. Doesn't do any good to phone them. They sent an email directing me to install the app. The app don't work. They don't answer the phone. They don't send texts any more because you are supposed to use the app.

App is difficult to use on samsung phone. Can't combine billings, lost my average billing plan, and now i cant talk to anyone. What a time to live. Pop ups cover the line you have to type on. The should of paid for the tech part along with the company.

Can't open the app to do anything and when I click on the link it takes me to a web page with the header of gulf power but nothing on it. It's been this way for over a month, really getting old.

The app is just as poor and slow to react as the company. I understand trying times call for patience and understanding, but integrity in word is key in such times. Quotes such as we are restoring power "east to west", when every lower income area, after the most essential resources, is restored in whatever haphazard way that seems fit to the service provider. Whereas by sole observation, it seems to be the wealthier areas restored first. For ex. Perdido first, rest of gulf bch etc, last.

Very Simple. Basic and plain kinda set up. Know your account number and pay you bill. That's about all the app does. Both tricks, straight forward.

Not happy with phone app. Not user friendly. Does not look like the pic they have on their website. Needs improvement to make simple to change thermostat temps etc. Perhaps need another app developer.

This is the worst company I've ever delt with. They now owe me $407.13 because when going through their transition they lost my payment. They are now threatening to turn my power off if I don't pay it even though I've already paid it. I've been in a dispute with this company since December 2019 regarding this error on their part. There is no office to go and speak with someone and show my documentation to. Terrible, terrible company.

The app works fine so far. Looks very similar to the online webpage. The website is working a whole lot better. If you already had an online account for {FPL's gulf power} you will have to use the same username and password to log in. If you didn't make the switch and set up your online account when the companies transferred, then you're better off calling customer service to assist you. Now if only the rest of Pensacola's utility companies could follow suit and get as modernized.

Keeps telling me to upgrade or install the newest version, but there isnt any other version to do so. Makes it slow almost 2 min to open mainscreen and unable to change money amounts in payment section. Please fix or give an update on google play. plz and thanx

It's a crapshoot on if the app will work or not, lately it's been down more than not. Hopefully the developers get this fixed and resolve the inconsistenty issues that plague this app.

The outage maps are essentially invisible on an Android phone. The app will not switch to landscape mode for better yisibility.
