CONVENIENCE FEE
• There is a $2.25 convenience fee per payment, charged by TIO Networks
• This fee is the same as other Gulf Power credit card payments options such as online payments, pay by phone, or at the third-party kiosk
• Fee covers all transaction costs, including merchant and bank fees associated with secure, electronic transactions

Once set up, simple and fast way to pay power bill. Being on the road alot I don't have time to write or mail in a check. The $2.50 " convenient" fee for third party billing is an automatic add on for the process.
App has gotten severely worse. Same issues as other reviews. App does not coincide with website. Says balance is zero when in fact bill is past due risking a cut off.
It works every time, I have never had an issue with it. It's nice to know I can pay my bill from anywhere since I travel a lot and I am hardly home.
This app is amazing and is very helpful. I was able to pay my bill online instead of having to physically go in, which was very convenient.
I hate everything is on a computer, I have poor eye sight it was much easier to go to your office and pay in person I was shocked to find out there were no employee working at gulf power. I hate this!
I don't understand why this app doesn't provide the due date, accessibility to your actual statement or usage summary.
Utter garbage. I downloaded this to make paying my bill easier in crunched time, it never loads, and always has errors connecting. I dont even know HOW it has an average rating of 4.3
Very good app. No waiting in lines just click pay submit. Love it! Only takes 2 mins of my time.
I've loved this app until recently. I've tried to log on for the last week and keep getting an error message saying there is s connectivity issue.
Once both accounts were added, payments were very easy and better than having to update PC! Great job on app! Thank you
My only complaint is that sometimes it did I have a zero balance r when I know that is false.
Don't like having to pay a convenience few when I can use the web for free. Also use eft versus Credit when I pay online
It worked fine a few months ago, not it crashes before ever opening... Pixel XL Uninstalling now :(
This app is the best thing since sliced bread! I absolutely love that I can pay my bill from my phone and not have to go down to the company and stand in line. This is genius!
This app was great until now. When I log in its showing my current bill as $0. And I look on the website and I have a balance. I risked having my service interrupted by thinking I was current on my bill, when this app just won't refresh.
Awesome and easy app. Great way to pay bills unfortunately you get charged 2 dollars for using your card and the convenience of saving them paper
This app. is for my family! It was quick with no hassle and if your an on the go family you will love it..

Great app just wish I could actually see my bill and due date.
It keeps saying my balance is zero, our power almost got shut off! Fix your app!

Convient, way better than phone
This app was great until some months ago... gulf power it's time to get your IT people on the ball with updating this app to coincide with the current web configuration. Also the convenience is not necessary because your in house systems can be configured to accept online payments now.
