Great game. Easier than the original arcade version due to bullet pattern and bullet speed changes, however, the mobile trappings hurt it somewhat - reliance on ads and a curiously unnecessary upgrade system that's designed to take your money due to how slow it is. It looks like gunbird 2, it sounds like gunbird 2 and it plays like gunbird 2, but it's more like a decent rearrangement. With ads. And coins. And gems. Shame, still worth playing though. I wish there was a premium ad free version.
Awesome shooter with good controls, graphics, and sounds. Experience is ruined by over use of ads and no iap to disable them. Most of them can be closed after 5 seconds, but still annoying! If they offered an option to remove ads for 2 - 3 dollars it would be a more enjoyable game experience.
Played very far on my original device. Had to change to a new device, there is no way to bring the data over like their other games. Tried to contact support several times in the past, was simply ignored. If you've paid for game content in this game, be very aware that changing devices will result in you losing everything you paid for.
Really fun bullet hell shooter. My only complaint is there is way too many ads in between the game menu and in between stages. Please make a pay option to be able to play ad free or make it where you do an in app purchase it disables ads. I will gladly give a 5* rating when this happens
It's annoyingly glitchy. And for some reason the ads make an annoying presence as well. Strange. It reminds me of that other arcade game from SNK. Except there was actual humor and the characters are a lot cuter. This one looks like a cheap knock-off.
Soooo many ads. So many ads. Like, holy cow there's so many ads. Done with the level? Watch an ad. Want to return to the main menu? Have another ad. Oh you wanted to go to a menu? How about an ad. Friggin ridiculous. Gone.
Not a game, but an ad machine. 10 seconds game, 30 seconds forced ad. And the game is pathetic in every way. Looks like the just copied some elses game, stole their art, made bad gameplay and mechanics, stuffed it with a ton of ads, and shipped it. Its not about the game fir them, thry just want money. They dont cate about the game at all Dont waste your time with this
Cool I retro top down shooter, feels like playing on an arcade machine all over again (since u have to pay some coins to continue if you lose all your characters in one playthrough), but i play it in the toilet xD i recommend it if you're into shmups or wanna get into them.
Amazing - controls work well, very faithful port otherwise, bar the music (straight up MIDI conversion without attempting to map suitable sounds to emulate the original work). Still, ads are infrequent, game runs smooth, looks the biz.
Controls were "meh" at best, graphics were cool, having to replay the same level over and over and over again, to gain experience to level your character up was a bore, uninstalled because the repeativeness eventually bored me to sleep!
The Game was nice, i likes it. but, too much ads. i'm fine with ads after changing stage or coming back from a mission but an ads when i changed menu? well reduce the ads a bit and i'll raise the rating
Great mobile port. Some of the ads are pretty annoying; but thats par for the course cause mobile. Wish there was a way, or a more clearer way to buy to turn off ads.
It's the s**t.... I love these kind of games, well all of what they had when I was growing up... But the games now, I just can't keep up with how advance it would take just to play a few seconds of making a move or objective of the Game, hahaha... They just don't make the games that I once grow up on like gunbird2... 5 stars of being the best of the highest of votes from me, Daniel Galaviz
A full featured arcade game gutted to have micro transactions and ads jammed in. I got 3 ads just looking through the menus. Play through alternate means. Controls fine though.
I love the game but it freezes at a critical time in stage 1-1... Hope this can be fixed immediately. I haven't started on the other levels yet because of this problem.
Ace fast paced shooting at its best .But it's tough as as well to keep an eye on your side to side . That is the new way now is the touch screen to move forward and side to side . And the new Android version of gunbird 2 is really nice graphics .And the colour s and sound effects are ace.Play this game if you love shootemups this ticks all the boxes.Im Paul Fraser from Aberdeen .I had bought this game for £40 for my sega Dreamcast.I just got it on my phone for free . But have a good Xmas ho ho
Great old-school shmup, but crashes sporadically. Also, control options are cryptic; there's no description of what the differences are.
Classical style arcade feel you can't get from any type that is in that manner to the actual style of a true shooter game from a genre of how many power up's you can get before you are unstoppable.
A favorite in the arcade and playing it here is great with a mouse yet some controller support would help.
Super duper fun game, I like how everything is achievable with paying, so that was a nice touch , I def recommend this to anyone that likes classics such as strikers

So much for being listed as an "offline game", bombarded with adverts, 10mins of playing took up 13mb of data. Everything you do triggers an advert, even going into change settings.
Fun game, but wayyyyyyy too many ads. I legit ended my run, ad. Hit to go to main menu, ad. Clicked on another thing... Ad. I uninstalled immediately
Good game that get ported. Control is a little floaty but feels great. Ruined by F2P model, very grindy and throw ads at your face. Would definitely buy this if it was a paid game.
A good port of a niche game that doesn't make me feel like I'm playing something on autopilot (like most mobile experiences) purchases in game that involve any sort of real world currency don't work and feel a touch ridiculous for a game this old.
When you get to play the game, it's amazing. I would gladly pay a premium for this title instead of dealing with ads and free to play schemes.
Contains too many ads. enus are littered with ads cmon devs don't be too greedy. And the game lags uneven gameplay with annoying sounds. Fix the lag you damn fools. Lag caused by ads and ads and more ads. I did not installed this game for your $hitty ads FFS. Uninstalled.
it was fun until I opened it to find out my progress was lost. log in with Google and Facebook is supposed to help with that problem but it doesn't. only reply to this if the problem is fixed.
Ads everywhere. Starting the game, Ad. Going to a menu, Ad. Game end, Ad. Kills the fun. Horrible experience. Avoid this.
Fun game except for 1 thing. I really don't understand why some bullet hell games don't implement a 1 to 1 movement ratio with hand movements. In this game, a unit of physical movement results in 2 to 3 times the movement in the game, resulting in extreme imprecision. A phone is not that big, so either give us the option to adjust the movement sensitivity or just make it 1 to 1. As this is a game breaking feature, I cannot recommend this game for serious bullet hell fix.
