GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE

Would rate it higher if it didn't constantly boot me out of the app. It's definitely not made for lower storage devices, as the gameplay gets really laggy. It's also a very grind-heavy game, so if that's not your thing then I wouldn't recommend it. Besides that it's not a bad game, lots of ways to power up your gunpla and the customization is fun.

The controls are some of the most unresponsive I have ever seen in a mobile game. Definitely needs an overhaul. After more than a year of playing it feels like it only gets worse. 04/13/22 update: They took away most ways to get rewards and force you to play the two most unpopular games modes for a sliver of the rewards from before. Good job Bamco.

Solid gameplay for a mobile game, and more importantly a great customization system. Especially appreciate the cinematic special attacks and abilities. Since my last review, the game has seen a definitive improvement in terms of accessibility to higher tier parts without paying. However, you'll definitely need to dig into your wallet to advance at a decent pace or settle for a very slow grind. PvP is also not great as the pay-to-get top tier content results in a pay-to-win balance.

5/5 stars! Great game for a gundam fan (with a phone that can handle it). I don't have that much of a powerful mobile device so it has some performance issues (and crashed over and over when I was trying to get through the tutorial) but if you have a phone that's not a potato with a bunch of space, give it a go! Great fun and strategy. (Also I like to recreate my physical gunpla in the game)

Its impossible to play. Tutorial lagged a bit and game constantly crashes. After tutorial can't even start the first story mission without game closing everytime. Game needs to be fixed. Update: 4/25/22. Game still laggy as ever. Now cant even get past the update download. Keeps returning me to title screen and wont progress past.

Fun Awesome, for some reason one of the best Gundam games released... Says a lot about how much effort they put into Gundam games. few downfalls but stuff that can be looked past. Like events are only do able if you have parts for that event that have the event bonus, otherwise you cant get ANY event points fast enough to get anything for them. So you end up doing the events for the achievement rewards that ARE worth doing... only a certain amount of times, like at most maybe 8-10 times each.

Satisfying customization but Battles are too easy and quick. Way too much menu screen clutter going on. And the campaign cutscenes just waste your time. This game would benefit from a multiplayer team battle mode. And refined combat that focuses more on movement instead spam shooting.

Pretty fun, easiest, most accessible game to get into if you are or aren't a gundam fan. customization is on par with console Breaker games, minus a few features, but plus a great skin mechanic. Playing with friends is easy too! Only problem is loading takes a while sometimes and occasionally crashes after mission complete

Got past the tutorial, when you get your first capsule to open always is stuck on the screen before anything to open pops up. Also has been getting stuck on the main menu page. Too much freezing to enjoy. Also keeps asking to update in the game for what's seems to always be close to 1Gig every time. Uninstalled

For a gundam game it's a fun distraction. I regret this is my first time being able to play it however as my phone wouldn't run it before. I think the developer needs to beware making system requirements too high especially if they are going to include alot of micro transactions. (Though if you can afford to pay to win I imagine you can afford the phone)

The game is near unplayable after the last update, took away some good features like the 5* ticket fragments, and weekly banners that features new suits. Now the weekly banners are old suits which kills my will to keep playing, this needs fixed or before too long they'll end up shutting down due to low player count.

While I do wish there was some character customization, and maybe I'm being biased because of the Gundam drought that I'm currently in because I don't have a PlayStation I have an Xbox, I'll be able to build and mix and match my favorite Gundam's, and of course that's my favorite Gundam the Wings Zero, but other than that amazing, this game is just nostalgia for me

This game is amazing. I came from building gundams myself to building in this game and let me tell you, it's got me wanting to buy the real life kits just so I can kitbash them together. The game gives you tons of free stuff and you don't really need to spend money on it. The only real con to this game is there's no way to change it to widescreen modes so I can play with both hands. It feels too cramped to play two handed in portrait mode.

So I came back to this game after having spent money in it, only to discover that my acount had been deleted, none of my money refunded, and furthermore I cannot play on my new phone without the game crashing in the tutorial, what the hell happened? My old phone from 2016 can play this no problems, but my brand new 2021 phone cannot for the life of it run this without crashing?

I stopped buying gundam models and now I just Mash up pieces. Because all the cool models are impossible to get without dumping thousands of dollars and only if available in the slot machines. So this game banks on impulse purchases and gambling tactics. Super unethical. Game looks good. Not fun to play. But there's so much leveling up I spend most my time tweaking than playing.

Fun for customization, and if you have the time tod educate it's nice to play. Loads on literally every action or button click, so it makes it a little hard to stay in the game for long periods of time.

Been playing for several months, big update comes today and the app tells me to reinstall it. I delete the app and reinstall to find out I can never access my account again. A guide of how to keep your account when you delete the app for updates would have been nice. I'm not going to play the game again if I can't access my old account. I had spent some money on the game as well so I had thought it would know my Gmail at the very least for the account backup but that didn't work either.

Great game but i think an option to buy complete sets of gundam frames instead of using the coins to get random parts and more often than not duplicates of them. Y'all should add a feature where you can upload model kits that you actually own through a barcode or something on the boxes the model kits come in

They keep upping the power cap. They release the same parts but the only difference is that it has a higher tuning cap which makes the old parts obsolete. The problem is not the constant update of the power cap but the fact that the older versions of the SAME PART become useless because they cant be tuned higher.

So after getting a newer phone I am updating my review. Now that I can actually get past the loading screen and play the game. It's actually pretty fun if our a Gundam fan they have a mobile suit for you. It's kinda hard pulling the parts u may really want.And getting chips takes a while if you don't buy them but overall game is really fun.

I'm kinda really disappointed. It takes extremely long to loadup and then force closes. it's touch sensitivity is pretty bad sometimes. Haven't even been able to get in a fight without it force closing. I watched this as a kid.

This is an awesome game for every Gundam fan! The universe seems to be based in the Build Fighters series of animes and the story is fun and light-hearted due to that. I will give fair warning however, the Arena modes in the game unfortunately have an obvious pay-to-win barrier and the "whales" definitely dominate because of it. Don't let that negatively impact your decision to play though as all of the other modes are great and are focused around you building Gunplas and having fun battles!

English is very good. This is high praise as these days many translations are just absolutely broken. LOTS of free loot to get you started which is VERY cool and much appreciated. Models look great. Variety is amazing. Gameplay is solid and entertaining. Art could be better, but for a Gundam game its still great. Draws/gachas dont feel impossible or angering. Building is fun and intuitive. Tutorial helps you learn quickly and easily and isnt boring. Multiple choice options are varied and fun!!!

Awesome game! Between the different Gundam components and now even missions, customization is unparalleled! Somewhat of a steep learning curve regarding currencies and exchanges, but well worth the time to figure it out!

Seems like it will be fun! Need to connect better and the layout is alot and needs better graphics for gear for leveling up its hard to tell what's what.

Good but could be better. The customization aspect in this game is a massive highlight and arguably the best and most extensive in a mobile gacha I've ever seen. The battles are fun. Progression becomes a major issue later on, if you aren't willing to spend. They do give out a lot of freebies but the rates make it so that all you get are trash parts/AI pilots that you probably aren't going to main/use. Not optimized as well as it could be. Be prepared to not have full sets of your favorite suits

Minimal spending doesn't get you far in this game, definitely pay to win... Besides that customizing, mixing parts and ability to use any parts as a special move is pretty awesome!!! SAVE!!! tickets for exchange shop to easily get you 4**** or 5***** parts for your Gundam to get stronger. Save summon capsule for wanted parts otherwise restart or reroll. Game control is alright but graphic wise is pretty good. Very solid game, just wish we could exchange 4 or 5☆☆☆☆☆ parts for other parts.

Good graphics and gameplay is surprisingly good on touch screen controls. The premise of building a mech with an abundance in parts for customization and your favorite pilots from the franchise is wonderful. This game would have garning more stars but unfortunately the the gambling mechanics to get content and microtransactions leave me with a bitter taste. Also the Xiaomi 11T Pro is poorly optimized for this game Despite my ancient LG G5, a 2016 phone being better optimised at running it.

Had to change my review. Although its a good game. The entire game needs to be updated. I've played more taxing games for my phones cpu and they never made my phone as hot as this game. This games download is so big for the content they give im almost suspicious as to whats in the rest of the coding. Theres no way this game should have a download that big. This games clumsy, clunky. Needs to be polished if not completely redone

3.04 is proof the game is dead. No new story. No new 1* to build. no new premium did, just recycled old ones. Events are now two weeks long, and recycle old 4* suits. Pay to win has never been more prevalent. Scamco is making no effort with the game, so you shouldn't either. It's time to abandon ship.
