Gunship III

Best combat flight simulator I've ever seen, would like to see the free version back on Google play just so I could get my friend on it, biggest problem is the blacking out from all the Gs, I mean if your flying a fighter jet you most definitely went through some sort of motion sickness training so you should be able to go up to 10gs not only 4 it's kinda annoying. But still the best combat flight simulator ever, a more modern version would be nice fon.

It's been a while, so I've decided to come and review this game again.... The controls are very nice, but you need a pretty steady hand to get off the ground in the "realistic" mode. The graphics are getting kinda old, so if you update them, that would be nice... It's a fun game, but with the little variation in aircraft and missions, it gets old kinda quick. The game is a bit outdated, but it's still one of the best combat flight sims for mobile.

Great combat sim. Thank you for addressing the last glitch that came with the update (terrain rendering), but with that glitch addressed it now has a new one. This latest glitch occurs when approaching the field for landing. When airspeed is reduced enough to drop landing gear, and the gear is dropped, all forward momentum completely stops and the jet stalls and falls straight to the ground. There is no way to recover the aircraft before crashing unless you approach the field at a very high altitude and then slowly drop the nose and dive in order to get enough airspeed for viable lift and recovery.

This is one of my all time favorite games I play on my phone. If your around 'Nam vets, it may trigger memories if they hear the engines winding up, or see things happen on the screen. My favorite rotary wing craft simulated in this game is the UH-1Y Huey Gunship. Favorite fixed wing is the MIG-21. If your interested in flying the MIG-21, there is a different app for that and I love the fact about that one is they also simulate the mig-19 farmer (which historically was a FAILURE).

I'm glad you guys brought Gunship III back, and it works this time. But with the update, It seems to have glitched out the land. I can see the airport, the based and the water. But no land. All the airports, LZ's and objectives are floating and the mountains are gone. All I see is floating things and water. I really love this game and am glad your bringing more attention to it, but please fix this as its kind of unplayable like this.

BY FAR, THE BEST combat flight sim for Mobile Play. I've actually followed Gunship 3 for over like, 5 or so years now. One of my FAVORITE flight Sims for mobile. My ONLY complaint, is that over time, the F-4 Phantom has a Landing gear issue, where dropping the gear instantly slows your airspeed to zero and stalls. The Navy and Ground Strike versions work fine, and coming from a DCS World Pilot, this is BY FAR, THE BEST combat flight sim for Mobile Play. Is practiclly DCS for mobile.

Before you actually buy and download the game it seems really good but that is quickly replaced by dred because you realise that their are only 10 aircraft and 7 of them are helicopters and their originally alot more the whole idea of the game is brilliant with the online option and all of the different missions that everyone takes part in. So what I am saying is add more different plans and maby dumb down the AI aircraft because they are very over powered.

Please read this before you buy it : I bought the gunship 3 expecting to fly all of the planes as it shows on the menu of the demo but you have to buy the whole game and when I bought it and downloaded it I saw that most of the airplanes that the demo showed were missing... I will keep this and not ask for a refund for false advertising...

Terrible I used to like this game until the shocks on the f4 are way to sensitive and a slight turn on the rudder flips the damn thing on take off because it wants to fly either left or right of the runway and it's impossible to take off in the sabre on hard mode because you just spin out for no reason every time at medium to low speeds on take off....it literally does drifts and spins out every time i spent and hour trying to take of and never succeeded.

I love gunship 3 itself and it's Jets and helicopters and I was wondering if you could add more aircraft to it like osprey or the F18 and maybe F16. add speedometer in the planes and helicopters and when i roll onto the grass my wheels get cut off. and could you please put walking after ejection in the game. and manual startup&stop to the game.

Okay I'm changing this for now. It's still a good game, but it has characteristics that are broken. Mig Heaters have unlimited energy, I had one chase me 10nm at mach 1.7 through low alt. The "elevator broken" mechanic, is broken. A single guy with an AK has shot my aircraft once and that's happened, and it's happened without any targets left. There's black out issues in US jets, and high alt. control issues. It's loveable, but broken. Also, the radar controls are very close and crowded.

Nerf the aim7 sparrows. They are over powered. If you play on the Vietnamese side the aim7 is the worst thing to face. They spam aim7s from across the map while we are just getting off the ground and we get screwed over. It's a serious buzz kill and not historicaly accurate. The aim9 and the Vietnamese counter parts are also over powered. You should be able to dodge them from pulling a few G's. But instead they pull 30G's as if the are French Magic missiles. Please fix this. The game is onesided

The physics are amazing and the feel for speed are there. Graphics are amazing but you need to apply vapor cones and sound delay when supersonic as well as the classic sonic bang preferibally on all platforms.

This game is awesome. One of my wishes is that u can find a way to make the game capable of being played with a xbox controller. This will enhance my and others experience to fly with the controller.

Love the game, great fun and enjoy the quality of simulation for a mobile or tablet. Latest update seemed to have fixed my f100 take off issue . Would love to see an extra campaign or two or some new mission braids within them, added for some more variety and maybe be able to fire rockets with the left fire button.

game is pretty good game but the server or whatever needs to be worked on so it stop kicking people out of the game and there should be more things to do the game does get kinda boring after awhile i think there should be harder missions and to be able to refuel in mid air

the experience is okay I wish that the whole buttons and dials are realistic and each aircraft has the fuel dial to show how much fuel is in it besides the phantom it would really help in realistic mode really wish more people would play this game it's like very few people to none play this game

Could you add graphics control and maybe let the incocpit look control inverted like the outdoor look control also please add more planes and types of weaponry for all plane packages, over all great realistic game. 😀

love the game so much but I have a few new aircraft that you should put on the game the ch-53,A-v corsair 11, sea night, F-8 crusader, A-26/B-26, and the ov-1 Mohawk and also can I think everyone is pretty anode that we have to land every time to refule so can also add a kc-135 the next time you update the game please put these planes on the game that would be great

Ok it's an awesome game you had the ah-1 cobra and uh-1b gunship but small problem when I downloaded it again the screen was stuck on the loading sequence plz fix this bug but everything else it's awesome

The game is amazing, 3 stars because game has been abaondoned. Like every other game in the series.

I'll tell you what Rotros Game can't beat this. This is by far the best flight simulation out there. Best of all, most players are strategic and coordinate in this game. Love the multiplayer. Good work Team!
