Great game. Fairly realistic flying experience, apart from the helicopters, which are almost impossible to fly straight and level. You have to fly nose down to get anywhere, since if you open the throttle, you just climb. It would be a REALLY great game with more realistic helicopter controls that allow you to tip the rotors.
This game was overall pretty disappointing, but it is nice that there is a free version. I'm not hear to complain that the free version doesn't have enough content, that's to be expected. Rather the problem is just gameplay in general. Single player is completely broken (worse than multi player, oddly enough), and the multiplayer isn't fun either. The flight physics are not bad at all, but the graphics are not great. Things are invisible past 3 km pretty much invisible
Good, Vietnam, jetfigting simulator. But I played it offline and touch screen controller, works good. But when playing online multiplayer. The touchscreen controller doesnt work. The touchscreen layout is bad and erronious. Needs a customisable, rezisable touch screen lay out, option. And perhaps upgradable graphics for better phones. Then maybe a 5 star rating.
When you look at the images it shows you you can see jets, like the F-4, When you get it though, you don't get any jets just a skyraider, this pissed me off because I wanted a F-4 to fly in but you need to pay to get that. Could you make it so you can buy planes. That would be better. Other than that I think the game is ok.
awsome game, really advanced yet simple and streamlined that adds up to a very realistic vietnam combat flight sim which is rare for the android. this game is a definate must for any of you who would like to fly a mission over the hostile skies and jungles of Vietnam. I give it 5 stars, superb app guys, thank you.😀
Good game, but it's the same copy of the other game but with different aircraft (3 jets but they all need payment one in a separate pack) and helicopters, no other actual difference, not bad but really could have used the map change and at least more than one Mig that spawns instead of one that you have to wait like a minute for it to spawn, leaving you mostly without action and no Vietnam experience...
The game is a wonderfully designed game The only problem is is that you can only get one free plane and it's not a fighter plus Halley's but none of them really can do anything against enemy fighters so you're pretty much a sitting duck and you often get hit by enemies if you could make one of the fighter planes free that would make the game much better.
Great game, I will get the full version. I have emost of the gunship games and this one did not fail to dissapoint. Do wish a jet plane was available for free use, but again if I download the full version, I won't need to worry about that. Very entertaining game, and I can't put it down. Thanks for a good game. You deserve the 3.99 $ for the full version. Congrats.
Four stars because the game has many good features but the reason why I give it four stars is because the ground graphics are pretty bad and also I hate that you have the automatic wing fold on the a1 skyraider which is now my favorite jet but it's just that you have the automatic wing full and the canopy closing and I think that's a bad feature because now I can control when my cop is closed I can control when my wings are folding
In general it is a very good game. The physics are good but the graphics are quite poor. If you like realistic airplane games, then this is for you. Air to air combat is pretty hard if you dont have premium planes though.
It's great, graphics are very good, physics are realistic. But one problem is that I can't seem to find your full version because I want some of the aircraft provided for use in the full version.
I have loved this but in the past I bought gunship full version but now I can't get it back, this I definitely one of my favourite games but it hasn't had an update in a while also can you fix the part that when you go on to the game it lags you out after a while all in all it's some thing you should download.
Good game, but I want the F-4 phantom and f-100 and stuff without wasting money like a complete SHMOE! And controls sometimes just go poop, and it is sometimes hard to specifically aim at targets, air, and ground.
Great app, love the content from this developer, but this game is nowhere near as fleshed out as gunship 2. There's no hope on this guy ever fixing any of the bugs, inconveniences, and generally bad gameplay, although I'd like to see this on a professional platform
Awesome game and decent graphics. Very fun to play and plenty to do. Just needs a touch up on minor stuff. Also would be awesome to see more friendly AI vehicles or aircraft going about war business. Enemies as well .
The game is good, but i have 2 problems, 1: the most commonly used aircraft are pay to win and 2: the phantom is overpowered. Please make the thunderchief free because its VERY annoying to not play with the airplane that took most of the operation rolling thunder duties.
My experience is that I do enjoy playing and flying the aircrafts that came with the game.but when I paid 25 Canadian dollars on a Google card to unlock the remaining aircrafts, and get nothing but "no results found" instead. Makes me realize/feel my enjoyment got yet again screwed over. Thanks for shooting down my fun.(Not easy typing appropriately when pissed off and frustrated with something that SHOULD WORK after spending real money for nothing) 3 hrs later n I done venting. Plz Fix problems
The developers has has really taken their time to make the flight and combat experience as realistic as possible. Even though the the graphics isn't that good the gameplay is immersive and realistic.
This game is so fun I have something i need you to add next update. Add missile cam, add altitude indicator, add speed indicator, add more planes for the navy and Vietnam side, make Aim-9 more accurate, add the P-51H for USA, more missions pls, make the sound barrier effect when players go to a mach, fix some bugs, add more armaments, maybe add playable tanks for both american and Vietnam side more, add more Missile defence system in the USAF Airfield. That is all sorry if this is too much. Bye
As a pilot & aero. engineer (I've worked with a few real sims for work...), I have to say this is one of the best flight sim. games made for Android! (Not many out there either?) Also enjoy the sequels! Just wish they'd also make a Modern or generic 1960's/70's/80's version, with some US & Foriegn aircraft? (NATO, USSR, Mid Eastern, ect... Maybe Area 88 style? And of course, they'd have to include the F-16! And maybe the Tomcat?... 😉) Thanks to the team there for all the work they put in! 👍😎
I like how you get to use auto pilot but most the time you just don't move at all. Also the combat is weird you have to get a zoom in on the top right for the AI to shoot for you.
It's a great game overall, but since most of Phil's work is with Wings of Duty, there will be no more updates, and since the full version is gone, and unplayable if it's downloaded already, I give it from 5 stars to 2 stars.
Fantastic Gameplay! Normally, most of the flight simulators I find are cheap and kind of pathetic. Playing this brought back Free Falcon in college. The graphics may be dated, but I LOVE this game.
Hey guys amazing work with this game, since this is a demo version of the real game it can really use a jet, restricting demo users with a plane that cannot survive combat is mildly infuriating since opponents can kill you with out trying, anyways it is amazing and I wonder where the original version of this game is, I hope it gets back on the playstore.
This is one of the best demos I've seen so far. And I would pay money for the full version when I get a job. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars. Because it use better graphics. And for sure it was last updated in 2016. That's kind of a long time don't you think. Other than that I like and looking forward to getting the full version Soon.
No free jet at all, i hate that the game feels like a major pay-to-play, adding a free jet and carrier craft would do a great deal. Sidenote, the missles in the game a very overpowered when used on the free game, there is absolutely no counter and you feel extremely powerless. Nonetheless, the few good games I've had were off quality, so I have to give props where do to the a-1 (pun intended)
