first off, I really like gunstreamer. I Have been moving my content over and will be making exclusives for this platform. The app is very buggy though. i cant find where to upload videos, number of views is always way off. the mobile web is wonderful, I can easily upload and easily edit video info, including the thumbnail (YouTube required a computer for that). hopefully in time the app will evolve.
Definitely needs to be smoother. Kind of laggy and the options are not the best. When I told you you must login to subscribe it should take you to a login page not just give you a pop up and then close without any options. Man I hope you guys get your stuff together before they kill the Second Amendment on YouTube.
Poorly designed. Search function doesn't seem to find what your searching for. Can't find all the channels I watch... MrGunsNGear, IraqVeteran8888. Had a hard time finding Sootch00. Also, not compatible to stream with Chromecast or Roku to watch on my TV.
I downloaded the app only to find that very few of the suggested videos actually showed up. And when I tried to do searches of channels that I saw previously, didn't show up. Very disappointing.
This could be a great app but it's worthless on tablets the video is cut off and you can hardly see it. Heres to hoping they come out with a version optimized for tablets!
App is unwatchable and glitchy on Galaxy Tab A. Works on other devices, some are also Samsung. But the tablet my main viewer is extremely glitchy. Reinstall, clear catch, etc does not help.
Too many ads. Too much loading/buffering. I tried to watch a 3 minute video that had 2 ads and stopped to buffer 12+/- times. This while on an 80Mbps wifi connection.
To the devs- tried to make an account on the app, when I got to the confirm password field, my keyboard would pop up then immediately drop back down. Couldn't copy and paste either into the field. No biggie for me just made an account on your website. Hopefully this site takes off with YouTube being such an antifa supporter.
Very stuttery. It does not feel very smooth. The frame rate feels really low and the reaction time is terrible.
I have been a creator on gunstreamer for a year now. I cannot upload or even sign into my channel through the app. When i go online i still cant upload directly. Id like to see you guys get this fixed so i can permanently leave YT behind. Until then, im stuck. Edit: I have been told gun streamer is now defunct and no longer in business.
Please add sharing of content button & function, as well as minimized viewing window for multi tasking. Besides that, loving the freedom feel!
I love the idea, but there's no option to cast to a Chromecast or similar. Also I don't think I can install it on my Nvidia shield. Please fix this so I can use it to watch all the pewpew.
Can't even watch a video without it pausing every 4 seconds to buffer. Better off sticking with yt.
Seems like a good app, just a few small issues. Please add casting capability so I can watch on my TV.
App is glitchy. Some thumbnails don't load and some videos don't populate on channel page.
paste is disabled in the app? unable to easily login. seem to have to login repeatedly making it worse with a 20+ character random password...
Great idea for an app poor execution videos constantly pausing to load could be a really great app needs more work
really trying to support, but i have a lot of trouble with buffering for some reason on the app.
Nothing but problems. It's a shame since it's a great idea. The app is not user friendly and glitchy
hi I have tried to sign up to this and it won't let me please gunstreamer can you advise me on how to do this has it keeps saying my email address is not valid and my email is already in use
Great idea,very poor execution. Cannot run any vids longer than 5 seconds.
Extremely slow. Why? The browser version has no issues.
Kickass app, the Devs have worked out the bugs and its a solid app now. im Happy we finally have a real pro 2a platform.
Doesn't auto-rotate, forces the most awkward rotation for a tablet

App runs very choppy on galaxy s9+, wish the videos weren't so choppy!
ive seen lots of garbage and this ap takes the cake. rename ap to watch swirling circle for an hour.
app closes and over all doesn't work well
After YouTube delete my firearms videos, I joined this site, lets hope its not run by some snowflakes like YouTube!!! PS I'm new so can't comment about my experience right now
edit: i updated the app & it seems to be running much better. The videos will play instead of constant loading w/ 3 seconds of play time every 5 minutes of loading. the search engine is iffy as it will only show some videos of the page & not give the profile to all of their content, you have to click a video to then go to their profile. For the website: videos will now play much faster & no buffering. But when watching playlists you can only scroll so far down the list & cant skip to next video.
