Initially the app was working fine but now the app is always stopping itself and this makes booking difficult. When i select a sit it goes back to the previous page and the would stay selected without no one selecting it.
Initially the app was ok,but for sometime now,it is no longer efficient. It refuses to open and when it does,it does not apply the discount that booking online gives to those who book online. I think it should be updated or worked on,I won't book online with it again until this is reviewed.
This app is terrible and so slow. It keeps processing and never shows result. Been trying to book a seat since yesterday but it just doesn't work and my network connection is okay. If you're going to build an app then do a better job at it because this is terrible. What is the point of having this app if I can't book a trip?.
Nice app. However the services provided by this company is nothing to write home about. Booked to travel to Aba from Utako, only for the same bus used to book those traveling to Owerri. What a useless arrangement. I think I need to visit a lawyer to help me seek redress as the psychological and emotional trauma is second to none.
if I could give a zero star I would have. I can't even sign up... I have never used the app before and I am trying to use it for the first time and it keep telling me my phone numbers have already been used, I tried the I forgot password option and it kept saying this number is not found in their system... the same problem with all of my three different networks and lines
Your app is still stuck in April 2022. One can't select a travel date beyond April 28. April 29 and 30 can both be seen, but cannot be selected, while May and beyond can't even be seen at all.
At the first it was good , but now dont know whats wrong. After inputing my name and password ,then i get a notification saying " my account does not exist, try signing up i will take me back to login, that i have an account. Try as a guest after many mins of loading ,it will then notify me that "something occured" its really suck 😫
Let me jeje advice you not to download the app because asides the app being totally poor and confusing to navigate, the customer service is the absolute worst. I used them once and on Jehovah, I will never use their service again. They say they have a limit to the weight you carry,omo these people sandwiched me between bags upon bags and i kid you not, one fell on my head barely 30 minutes into the journey. Never again... Never,ever again
Am angry i even have to click 1 star to post this. The worst thing in the history of transportation. This was my first ride and would be the last. So is every passenger with me today saying. And i'll make sure everyone in the world hears of your incompetence. GIGM is still the best. Go and learn from them. Is not by getting an app. Useless people.
Completely useless app. Keeps rejecting my valid email address. Couldn't even get past registration. Then I decide to continue as a guest and it starts acting up. Eventually couldn't book.
Used GUO twice to and fro Lagos lately. Was quite impressed. The driver I used was very friendly. Time consciousness and absolute safety is their watch word.
My profile info is not correct and I can't edit it yet. Apart from that the application is very very helpful. and prompt.
This is the worst have ever seen. 1) No help or customer care to contact 2) You can't even book a ticket and get it conclusive 3) I hope i don't waste my time going to the Terminal. Rating this, is a total waste of time there should be Zero ⛤
The application is not working properly developers need to do a lot of bug fixes so much bug and why is it that you can't book for luxury buses online? and why is it that i can't book online going to Jalingo from Onitsha and wait for the bus in Awka terminal?
Your payment link is not connecting. Can't pay for my trip. Keep saying I should try again later. And the trip summary is not showing. It used to be a good app, abi na covid-19 affect am? Pls rectify immediately.
The app does not include travelling to the west coast. Benin, Togo and Ghana. Create a page to cover those places please. This app is only good for local travelers.
From perfect to dead. Please update this app, I'm not able to login, even when I tried to use the forget password feature nothing works.
The experience has always been good with u guys but the developpers of this app need to give customers the opportunity to choose which bus to travel with i.e 1st, 2nd or even last bus.
Don't use the QR scan payment available on app because it is not working with lots of unresolved issues.You will be debited and won't be refunded with untold stress.
This app is useless, i have not used it before and is telling me that I have used my number to sign up before. I tried forgotten password and is telling invalid number. What rubbish is that. Am uninstalling this app ASAP.
I love traveling with GUO each time am traveling but I was disappointed when I tried traveling from Warri to Abuja and i couldn't find there terminal on the app😥😔. Please we need GUO terminal in Warri 🙏🙏
please I have been trying to recover my password to no avail. please you guys should improve on the app and your services. Keep to departure time and stop waiting for passengers. tell your drivers to be more friendly
Very good and organized company. Keep your good services up because I love Guo greatly no taunting. Your drivers are doing excellent work and I always recommend my family and friends to always come to GUO whenever they are traveling
It's very bad, if somebody wants to drop a message on your app like feed back, he can't see a place to do it
The app sucks, was trying to book for my journey and was debited without the process been completed called their customer care no positive response till now

The app is good but the Transport fare is too high. And not that the number of passengers are limits.

Very fast and easy to use. Although i cant find a destination from Nigeria to Ghana. Dunno how to go about this.
The app won't open. It's keeps stopping. Get the app fixed already. I actually like your services and it's the closest park to my house in Lagos. The fact that it has to search for the closest park in your location,keeps making the app stop work everytime. Please remove that feature or update it atleast not everyone's phone has an android phone that accepts your app. I've used many transport company apps but yours need the most update. Use gigm app for reference...it's really good.
