Once the app is updated, my watch can no longer be connected to the phone. Unfortunately, I not only deleted the update but the complete application and tried the complete procedure from scratch. I use a phone with Android version 5.1 and it works great with all other apps and services. I tried with another phone that has Android 9 and the latest app works fine. I checked the permissions of my phone regarding the app, everything is OK. I always get the same errors with the two-digit numbers and the "-" symbol in the application prefix. Bluеtooth connectivity reports different port codes. Do you have any suggestions? I tried searching for older versions of the app but to no avail. I don't know what the problem is.

Eventually got it to synch with phone, but figures for steps and distance did not match. Sleep figures told me I was in deep sleep at 00.30 on new years eve, even tho I didnt go to bed until 2 am! Now it is not downloading any data at all, the watch counts steps but this app says "no data available". I have'nt moved for 3 days apparently!

this app is so inaccurate. I count 100 steps as I walk, and yet the app and watch says I have only done 36 steps. not fit for job it was designed to do. i wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. took me over 3 hours to get the correct link to the app, you can't do anything other than put your details, and connect the watch to your phone. you can't even change the time or anything like it says in the instructions it comes with as no options in app, time changes automatically, complete lies.

Lovely watch but sadly it does not have very good brightness when outdoors.. I can't see the screen at all. It could also be beneficial if it had a heart rate function also.. This would make it the perfect watch for me. I am having to purchase a new watch just too have this function

The watch is and does exactly what i expect. The day light brightness is a pain as it isn't visible in the sun. The app i think is very basic, i would of like to see more info and options. On a whole i have the time, I have pre messages, and a watch the vibrates when phone becomes active. This is enough for me. Defo room for improvement.

Appalling app for an appalling product. Shame on Avon for putting their name to such a poor item. Wouldn't even connect to my Note 8, so as a result it's useless as you can't use the watch without connecting it to your phone. You definitely get what you pay for, so pay some more as this watch and app combo are garbage.

I'm another disappointed recipient of the avon (not at all) smart watch. It is rubbish. Utterly rubbish. You can't read the screen, there is no way to brighten it. You can't connect it to your phone properly to list your contacts. It doesn't make any noise. I'm very capable of finding my way around tech after 15 years of smartphones but this is dire or is too clever for me. I know what I suspect. Avon, hang your head in shame and do something about it.

The application will not allow me to register, it states that the network is not available. Tried both wifi and mobile data, nothing works. Please fix this and I will give more stars, but as it stands, I can't even use the app.

managed to conect it to the phone after having the error with the network, still no clue of how the watch is suposed to measure my heart or blood preasure. also you cant choose anything on the watch, just swipe up, to see the kcal and a timer that i cant start 😂 this is what you get for ordering chinesse stuff instead od going to decathlon.

The watch doesn't work when I unplug its cord. Though its 100% charged and already paired/connected it with my phone, I can't still use it when I unplug its cord from my computer or enegy source. How am I supposed to use the product without having its cord connected to any power supply?

i love the watch, the app is very good too. but it doesn't save anything. the watch doesn't say how to add friends on it. ive ben tryi and trying but no result.

The watch is connected to my phone which is set to the right date and time however the watch is showing the right time but the wrong date it's still at yesterday. I've turned it on and off, reset it and it's still saying yesterday's date.

I think it's really good works just fine get names up when people txt or fone me steps an sleep work well it's just the brightness when out side is quite bad to see there needs to be a brightness button on the app for the fone that's all that's annoying me really

I've had this watch a week, syncing watch with phone a nightmare now after 1 week Bluetooth keeps going off on watch even though app says connected screen not bright enough on the whole I'm very disappointed

saying network unavailable tried 4G on my phone and WiFi but no look please fix update got it to work just kept pressing reconnect to network and it worked not a bad product at all they just need to fix the bug but great thing happy it's working now

Heart rate function, doesn't show up on app or work when device is connected to phone. Disapointing!! Wouldnt reccomend.

My watch will no longer connect to my phone after I updated my app. Also I can't change the time on my watch which means when the clocks go back it will be one hour fast.

Total waste of money from Avon watch looks nice but the app will not always connect and when it does it is ropey at best. Avoid like the plague will be sending mine back

app is fairly easy to use but the watch is so inaccurate!! my steps and sleep patterns arent beinf counted... some nights it says i havent slept at all and I definitly have whilst other nights when im up till 8 the next day (like today) it says I've slept for 2 hours...

Really looking forward to using the watch as a Christmas present, to find out the app had 'unavailable network', such a shame was really excited to play with the watch, such a disappointment, please fix asap

I loved the app when I first connected my watch to my phone. However the second day of using my watch it is not connecting. Even uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app has done nothing.

This stupid app won't let me register! And I can't sort my watch without being registered!! Got an avon smart watch for Xmas present and I can't even use it!! Fix the app or make a better app!

At first couldn't register but maybe lots of people got it as a present. Registered this morning restarted my phone and it's all connected. Seems to work like a dream. :-)

it took awhile to connect to the watch but got it done. you have to search on your Bluetooth first then register it on the app open app then search for the watch connect by the app.

Would give 5 stars if the call notification said who was calling and I don't like that the date is month/day instead of day/month. Quite confusing.

worked perfectly straight away, I got the Avon smart watch I get all my notifications through my watch off my phone. excellent both the app and watch

would give 0 stars if possible!! waste of money, the app doesn't work so the phone is useless. Will be returning asap and taking my business elsewhere!!
