terrible! can only upload 2 profile pictures then you have to pay for extras. also some of the other members profile pics have to be paid for to View. it's a ridiculous feature for everyone to see your uploaded pics because they show interest, and someolone Being half way across the world is inconvenient at the best of times. sad app :'(
Awful. Most guys "last online a while ago"; grid loads new profile pictures at dial-up speeds, and forgets where you were last at; and app crashes regularly to just an empty, black background. Only positive is at least as a free member you can use all the filters on the grid
It's confusing.. Lot of bugs, having a hard time to apply the metric measure setting and i can't access most of the things in the apps without purchasing the premium. The only free things i get was only to create and delete the account.. Wow!
- another ghost town of an app. - app is has some performance issues. + The ads are less intrusive than the grindr free version. - app opens x images in the browser instead of itself - people from thousands of kilometres away can view your profile and message you
Dreadful full of spammers suggesting other websites and, no doubt, requiring money. After reporting/blocking these pests, I am giving up. I entered a distance limit of 80 miles, but I am messaged from those thousands of miles away. Management once deleted my profile without giving a reason or having the courtesy to respond to my email of enquiry . An awful application that puts its users at risk. AVOID IT!
too few locals on here... myself, and one other person. competing apps have many more locals on them. other apps offer more features too. when minimized and brought back up, guyspy will not connect to guys section. one must exit the app and re-enter the guys section.
It freezes a lot when you are browsing it just gets stuck and then it goes off you have to start all over again to get to what you were looking at before thinking about deleting it sometimes it's just a blank black screen this app isn't all it's cracked up to be
This would be a good app if it didn't buffer and then close the whole thing to you main screen before you get to view or look at profiles. Too many bugs. Or problems fix them so I can enjoy the app
Only 5 out of 182 guys are online (in positions 72, 102, 120, 131 and 182); in other words, only 2.7% are online. the closest guy online is 52 miles away. Fail. Update - May 19, 2019: Downloaded again to find that within a 5 mile distance, there are 21 profiles, only 3 are online. I don't require any help, the app needs users. It runs incredibly slow (I'm on a 5G network with no other users and I'm using an S9+, so it ain't my connection or the phone). Fail #2.
I didn't even want to give them a star. The app has not worked ever since I installed it Google refuses to give me a refund. I'm only seeing a total of 8 people on here. It buffers every part of the app does not even it constantly shows error Do yourself a favor? Don't throw away the money.
This app is less than mediocre. it crashes often. ive had to create 3 accounts losing messages over and over again soon. glitchy and poor to say the least. Be warned.
Not a fluid app at all. Glitchy. Lack of people ( Toronto) has other features i didnt use because it didnt look appealing to try to learn them. Ridiculous paid features. If it were my app id focus on the functionality and user-base rather than trying to make a profit.
Absolute rubbish. Unable to sign up as the app keeps failing to open. Constant message requesting to update the app despite it being the latest app.
As soon as I hit "guys", the photos flash for a brief nanosecond, then a blank screen. Refreshing is the same. Broken app.
Absolute waste of time. It does not require access to my phone book and I question the legality within the EU. In not accepting this condition, it failed to allow me to register. Guys, love or loathe, Grindr has the marketplace & Scruff secondary. Poor reviews here and if its anything like Scruff, the free facilities are so limited that paying a membership is a waste of money since unpaid members remain limited in contacting you. The UK is not a market for Scruff nor GuySpy
Yo ya gotta wake up and fix your app. It's like after the last update ya forgot to make it possible to open the hot pics. All you see is a pic of a flame and no way to open the hot image. No wonder guys don't stay on the app for long. The creators of GuySpy have clearly given up.
When I tried to set up an account, every valid email address I tried to use came back as invalid, and so it failed to register me. I uninstalled it after that.
Now i cant see hot pics on website or on app. Map view never matches same guys as grid view. Now map and grid wont match up. You cant relate a guy in grid to map. You cant even tell how many miles away they are.
Don't waste your time...forces you to purchase upgrade in order to view full details & respond to guys. Doesn't give you a chance to review the site before deciding if you want to upgrade. There are better free sites out there.
I decided to start using this again and that was a horrible decision...I can't see any of the private photos it just brings up the flame icon that's it...this app really went down hill...
Not happy! Nope not happy! I keep getting notifications to from this app, what are you doing tonight? Why not start something? Problem is I forgot my password and when I enter my email to chat it say there is no account under that the username or password! I've had I guess I could try uninstalling and uninstalling? What should I do? I don't to just leave it.
have only given 1✴ because am unable to register, suggesting that my email address is invalid. Considering that it is the same email as I use to download the app goodness knows how it is invalid
I initially forgot this app existed. Came back to check it out after seeing an ad, wondering if it got any better. Deleted it 20 minutes later after realizing it didn't. Even in an area like NYC, the vast majority of the guys are marked "online a while ago" (which means inactive for a long period of time), and it's easy to see why. The app has always been clunky and unintuitive, and with so many options, you're honestly better off using something else. Desperately needs a complete overhaul.
