I DON'T like the new look of the app. It makes me want to NOT use the app. Why fix something when it wasn't broken. You CAN'T even look at a menu, or what food is available unless you start an order. I DON'T like the new look of the app. Also It would be nice to be able to use your GYG dollars in the app online, instead of only presenting the Barcode at the counter and ordering there, and paying for your meal in a different way than you would with an online order.
It's broken. It used to work fine, then this new update happened. I can't log in, can't create a new account, can't place an order as a guest. So frustrating. Roll back the update, this new UI is terrible.
The app no longer works. I can sign in via the Web page. But the app will not allow me to sign in at all. I have removed and reinstalled the app. I have changed my password three times. Skip the useless app and go straight to their Web page.
Since the update it won't let me login. I try to login and it takes me to the registration screen. I enter my phone number but never receive a verification code. The original app worked much better.
The concept is great! I love GyG and getting rewards for it sounds awesome. However the app is very buggy... It is the second time that it logged me out but this time it will not let me log bag in. The refer a friend link also does not work. This app definitely has potential!
New app interface is terrible. App is a lot slower and more buggy than previous. Really annoying to use, the old one was fine.
I used to love this app, it was fairly easy to use. Have just come to use it again and it has logged me out, prompting me to log in again. Nothing is working and I have reset a new password twice and it is still not letting me in. I can't just make a new account because all my points are on my other old account! :(
Had to uninstall the old version and reinstall this version before it would load past the splash screen. New version I get my order ready but the pay button just spins and never loads. Can't use the app to order.
I just wanted to express how dumb it is that you can't change from Drive Thru to In Store once the order is placed. I sat inside for 10 minutes thinking it would be fine but no, I got told I have to use the Drive Thru. Absolutely ridiculous.
New app loog good and easier to navigate the menus, but won't allow me to make my burrito into a meal. It says "there is a problem with your order", "remove or try another restaurant". Tried with coke, sprite, lift... Same problem.
Since update been unable to log in so the app is completely unusable. My old log in details don't work and the verification code never gets sent to my phone. So I guess I'll just lose all my points huh?
New update has logged me out and wont allow me to log in, using the details I have had saved for several years. This means my points are unuseable and the app is no longer functional as I cant even enter the store contest now
Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I used to love this app, it used to be easy to order my burritos. The new version barely works. So disappointed 😞
Since the update of the new app, my information, points didn't go to the new app. Also just use the app in store and it wouldn't scan the barcode. Thanks
Must have some bugs? App keeps crashing and can't place order. Have reinstalled and same issue continues...
Ever since recent update this app is shocking. Can't even login anymore, just says "failed" or doesn't do anything. Disappointing effort
Completely unable to place an order no matter what I do. Always fails for no reason. Terrible piece of software and whoever made it DESERVES to be fired.
I have used this app at least 30 times to place orders. I think that it would be helpful to have the kilojoules/calories displayed next to each item as it helps me decide what can fit into my daily calorie intake. Also, I'm unable to select to pay with GYG dollars via the app.
The ingredients of an item aren't listed; in fact no description at all is provided. When items are added to a meal, the list that displays them is incorrectly sized and cuts off half of them. This would be caught in even the most basic app testing. Raise your standards for what the development team can give you, effort and pride just haven't been applied here.
Chaotic.. the app doesn't tell you when the order is actually done. They also don't call out your number at the store for pick-up, when your order is done, so you're sitting there like a headless chook constantly needing to go up to the counter to follow-up. Very tardy.. not too sure if they're taking the whole Mexican thing too seriously.
After the update, my old points are gone and new version is too slow to load that I dont even bother with this app anyway.
Cant pay after odering, it just keep loading. Please fix it. Its very slow to be in Queue and order at drive thru. We order from Bethani, QLD gyg
Was working well until the recent update; now it tells me "There is a problem with your order" without telling me WHAT the problem is. Unable to order through the app as a result.
App keeps kicking me off-line and when I try using the reload button it doesn't work, went to purchase something and the app crashed, wouldnt reload and still took my money
Order is apparently ready for collection. But when you get there you still have to wait 30+ minutes to collect💀
No idea why people complained about the previous version, I thought it was perfectly fine. The new UI and UX and terrible and the white bg is just blinding!
Love the updated version. Great food and Super easy app to use! Especially when making big orders with the family. I love how easy it is to customise each item to taste! And being able to earn and redeem points as you go is really convenient! I always forgot to present my card when at the store, so I only order through the app now!!
