This APP is intended for all users of health of Valencia who want to have an easy way to request access, modification and cancellation of appointments in primary care from your mobile phone.
Access is by entering data health card number and date of birth. By downloading the application on the phone you can request appointments with primary care professionals and consult them, leaving the data for each registered for reuse in subsequent appointments card and have a security system with password for later visits.
The application offers the possibility to download the calendar appointments and proof of attendance in the Smartphone. It is also possible to register more than one user at the same smartphone, making it easier to manage family appointments.
The Generalitat Valenciana is responsible and author of the information displayed in the application.
To safeguard the user information / patient, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with servers.

Great app, lists your meds and tells you when your meds are due. You can make appointments, and the app will make appointments for you. It made an appointment for my wife to see her doc because her prescription needs to be renewed and she hasn't seen the doc for 18 months. She phoned the health centre and yes an appointment had been made!
Please reconsider the missing ability to message your doctor. The old yo salud had this facilty and was used by many people to renew prescriptions and get test results. In these days of covid, anything to avoid personal visits must be welcomed. You can play your part in reducing the spread of covid by modifying the GVA+ app. App seems to need a modern version of android. Will not run on old smart phones and tablets,
Useless. It's almost impossible to register on the app. The bar code reader doesn't work. And to use Clave you have to go to a social security office to register for that before you can register on this app.
This app worked perfectly until it was updated last month. I then has to enter all my details again including scanning my sip card... IT DOES NOT WORK!!! Nothing scanned and now the app is useless..how am I meant to check my prescriptions. Get it sorted or leave what works alone!!
Not good. App worked only once. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on this phone, iPad and laptop. Nothing works. Would be very useful if worked, partner is long term MS sufferer.
Can't use it as all in Spanish. I have conversational knowledge. Questions/information in English but when you go into the option it is in Spanish. Would be good to have option to change the language
Cannot send a message or info to my Doctor. The only option is to make a cita. Waste of time and the App is not as good as Yosalud that was available 6 months ago.
In order for it to work you need the Clau (a password that you must ask for in person in certain health centres), or by scanning the barcode from your SIP (health card). But unless you're affiliated to the National Health system, you won't be able to use it. Civil Servants affiliated to MUFACE, MUGEJU or ISFAS, who are under the Rural agreement system (small towns where the only health service available is from State health centres) or anybody from private health companies who ask for the SIP with barcode in order to use the app, will receive a temporary card with a barcode that cannot be used with the app (scanner reads 'invalid barcode').
New installation completely broken! Can't access, scan not functional. Old app on tablet was not updated and works fine. Please fix.
I did a one star review a few days ago. However, I contacted the app developer who was extremely helpful and now it seems to work perfectly.
My Spanish is limited (Castellano) so do not understand it all. Unable to scan my SIP card so have no access at all.
I installed app onto new phone and as I do not have a paper copy of prescription doesn't work need to scan barcode..Poor
Great idea but it would be helpful if offered in English and other common languages in Spain
EL ESCANER NO LEER CÓDIGO de BARRAS...EL ESCANER NO LEER EL CÓDIGO de BARRAS... Report after report for weeks online that the card won't scan yet the IT half wits who built the app do nothing.
For me doesn't work. Keeps saying - "Error. No se puede gestionar tú cita en este momento..."
Seems to work pretty well to me! The app itself works well.

Impossible to understand! Supposed to be able to make an appointment. Not possible! No choice of language!!!
Tried to access mine and my daughters SIPs, as we have appointments booked. But saying SIPs don't exist
Am I right in thinking the app will only make telephonic appointments and that for presencial appointments I have to phone or go to my Salud?

Difficult but when I figured it out it was bien
