Bad development, untested. When you click to make a payment or transfer, you have to click make a transfer again until you can finally make the transfer. What moron thought that was a good idea?! And when you click back from doing, you are perpetually stuck on the same screen! It won't let you back until you go into the submenu and select home. Obviously untested and irritating.

Overall, a great app. I love that I can use my fingerprint reader to log in and that it logs out when I close the window. It is a quick and easy way to see what I have in my accounts. Tranfers and mobile deposit work pretty good to, but not all the time. I wish there was a way to veiw my account number from the app, and a way to make purchases through it. Otherwise, its pretty near perfect for my needs.

Frustrating! They force me to change from my app that used to work to an option that doesn't work. I had to enter a ridiculous amount of information. I had to change my password for some reason. And then it asks me to verify my contact information. It's all correct so I confirm. But I keep getting errors without any detailed explanation for the error. I tried multiple times but now I give up.

AWFUL. I feel like I've given the new system plenty of time to figure out and it is the clunkiest, slowest, most useless UI I have ever used. Transfers between accounts (like to my parents to repay something) has become all but impossible. The new layout for balances on credit is confusing and switches between available funds and spent funds seemingly at random. I've had a Goldenwest account since 2014 and this new app has me considering changing banks altogether.

There are times when it takes close to a minute to load the app..... and times when it shows an error and won't load at all. This happens more frequently than I would expect from a banking app. It takes longer than it should to load Billpay. I cannot add new contacts to my Billpay with my phone... I have to use a regular computer 🤨

The new app is hard to navigate. It does not work well on 3 different devices. It is better to go on their website online and skip the app all together. The old app worked great and was 5 stars. The new app freezes a bunch. The new mobile app does not let one log in the full website. It bumps me back to the app that does not work well and does not give me the support I need. Please let us use the full website when we want it.

I WANT MY USU CREDIT UNION APP BACK!!! This app that I was forced to switch over to is horrible. It will never load, and leaves me hanging all the time. The USU app never did. It was always very reliable. I'm so extremely disappointed. I did pretty much all my banking on the app, and now I can't. Thinking of changing credit unions for that reason. I'd give negative stars if possible.

The only thing I have enjoyed about the new update is that I can use a pin to enter the app rather than my entire password. Other than that, the new update is bland and colorless and the fonts are smaller so it makes reading the transactions more difficult.

App works well, interface could be more intuitive, but the real problem is when you go to add another internal (another member's golden west account) to send money to. After you enter their information and the account nickname, there *is no button to finalize.* No finish or 'done' button that I can find. Please escalate this so the code monkeys can get it fixed.

Please change the app back. I like Goldenwest as they have been very friendly and helpful in the past, but the app is a pain now and a massive downgrade from what it was. Change it back, it was much more usable and had a much better interface. Will change to 5 stars if this can be done.

It's been awhile since they updated it and it still will never load for me. I open the app and it's just a white blank screen. I can't even check my balances so it's useless. Makes me want to switch to a bank that actually has a working app because I like to check my balance daily and it's a major inconvenience.

This new app is a mess! It's so messy and takes so many more tap, configurations etc. That it's so easy to make s mistake. Your old format was better . Edited to say I still really hate this app design. I also am so sick of having to do a captcha every damn time I sign in, even with the ", remember me" marked.

Absolutely terrible, It never works. I literally can almost never get into the app and when I do half of the functions dont work. I've comained directly to them and waited a few months, seems worse now than when i first got it. Do mot recommend at all

I hate the new update. Before I could see my due date with each account. I had to search to find it in the new set up. I don't like the new lay out at all. It is not user friendly. P.s. I found it eventually but, I shouldn't have had to search for it when it was visible before. Visually the new layout is not appealing. Really wish I could have kept the old layout. 😪

This app is so much worse than the usu credit union app they just shut down. This app seems to be 50/50 whether or not I can even log in. My accounts aren't clearly marked, save for color coding. Usu had them actually labeled so I didn't have to guess. They also don't specify which account has a bill due. They tell me, but I have to figure out which one they are talking about. They took an app(usu) that worked great, and gave back a mess.

Dunno about anyone else but I have always been a visual person with my accounts and for how many years got used to savings on top then checking. Yes I should pay attention but why did they swap them? I almost missed a mortgage payment because I moved money to the wrong place. Hate the new layout in general of this app.

I use mobile banking for basic tranfers and it's been essentially seamless the whole time. All of my bank balances are visible with the touch of a fingerprint reader. Though I've never utilized other features, I know you can do a lot more with this banking app. Would recommend.

Wasn't aware the app. was changing. Until, the GWCU App.totally disappeared off my phone. After Reinstalling it, Changing PW & following a few promps. My journey came to an abrupt hult. It sent me to My Contact info to confirm or edit. Tapped "Continue" & Poof- "There was an Error in processing your request. Please try again" Made Several more attemps, got the same message. Never was able to access my accounts. So Thanks GWCU, for adding one more unwanted inconvenience to my life 😠👎👎

App asks to confirm contact info. I have the website open that shows identical info (though the website has issues, too), yet it gives me an error and won't let me continue. G-W-C-U spells "broken" apparently. Reinstalled the app and now it hangs at the "sync successful" screen, even though nothing is successful with this app. Mountain West or America First will be getting my business tomorrow.

All in all a pretty good app so far haven't used everything yet but I do like how clean and simple the layout of everything is, comes across as minimalistic. Had a little trouble setting up my account at first but that was partly on my end. Overall pretty good.

Everything works, informative and simple navigation. Only one thing I'm having problems with, is simplicity in money transfer I'm always on needing to use the desktop version due to the app and its very limited description on information given needed to complete transfers.

Perfect, legit Golden West Credit Union app for the bank in Utah. Never had issues and it is super easy. I use it in the secure folder even to make sure it's even more secure. I recommend not using a 3rd party keyboard when using this app and making sure apps can't read your screen.

Edit: The mobile website is clunky and has a time consuming security theatre before every login... But I will use the mobile site and machine phone system instead of this app. The app updates transactions inconsistently, so I can't trust what has cleared or not. Sometimes a cleared transaction won't display on the app for weeks, when the website shows that transaction within a day. The app has less functionality than the website as well. But I could transfer money like the site, so there's that.
