Ive been using it since ever. Maybe a bit outdated comparing to some new apps. No data saving online, no simple statistics) Still realy good
Very nice app. with a clean user interface. What sets it apart from most is the very good (and very rapid) customer support. Keep up the good work.
What is SOOOOO annoying is when you pre put in the sets and reps and IT DOESN'T SAVE soo annoying
Allows just about any sort of routine. You can set a programme with fixed routines but'change the exercises, reps, weight and timing as you're going asking. It also stores body stats and history. ; Anyone who weight trains should find this fits easily with what they do.. Fairly regular updates to the app keep on making it better.
Flexible and handy
Great app but when i reset my phone my dropbox backup wouldnt restore. Lost a lot of progress over the last year. A small issue though. Great product. Would be nice to see syncing with mfp or other fitness trackers.
Easy, fast and straight to the point but with some good extras.
Must be able to input rest intervals between sets at the workout planning stage, not in exercise description! Otherwise a good app, bit because of the way the rest time is implemented, I need to change whole exercise description to change the rest interval. E.g., I want to be able to do bench press with 45 second rest on Mondays and do fewer reps with shorter rest on Tuesdays. Its a pain to do now. Please fix!
I can now give it five stars. Great to see him acting on my feedback and including a tabata timer. As a PT this is my No1 app to use and plan workouts
Im upgrading to an iphone this week and would love to use this app on there. There just isnt anything else that comes close on the app store :'(
The only thing missing to give it 5 stars is the ability to add an extra exercise in during the workout (can replace but not add an extra 1 in).
Absolute spot on. Flexible, easy to use, exactly what real iron men need! Thx
Most of the gym apps offer a selected subset of exercises and training programs and you donĀ“t have much freedom to change that. This app don't. You can add whatever exercise you like, name it with any name you fell fit, set the parameters (weight, repeats, duration), design your own training program. Full control, basically. That's what made me buy it. Worth every penny.
It's a good app and easy to use.
simply the best.
Tried several, this is the best. Clean, functional, efficient, and simple to use. My only criticism would be that I can't seem to restore a backup from old phone to new, but that was probably my fault. Honestly, worth every penny, support the dev! Thank you for a great app.
I tried several other, and selected this one because it does everything I need and the display is very clean. The screens to enter the workout as you are performing it (the ones used most often), contain all you need and nothing you don't. It shows you the current planned sets, weight and reps, along with what you actually did during the last workout for the current set. You also have access to history, description of exercise, with one tap when/if you need it.
Best gym log out there!
Great for martial arts training. e.g. I make a list of all the kicks and add the number of reps, for boxing combos I use the timer. The history is a little hard to view and I would prefer that it used "Routines" rather than "Training Days", otherwise it is just what I was looking for.
This is a great app - there are some exercises it suggests, but doesn't have a guide for them. Fix that and it's 5 stars
Very useful application with a few extra tools and helps. Its relatively intuitive and easy to create or use set routines. However, I have a home gym and don't always follow a specific training program. I can't see a way to log random exercises as I go, without creating a new routine first.
