the information looks good but it needs more guidance on leveling our progress. the pictures, name of the exercise and the videos (some of them) don't match. no matter what program you schoose the exercises are basically the same. it makes me doubt that this guidance can help me obtain my goal. ps : please note what i'm trying to say, some videos don't match with the exercise shown on list
Its awesome I gain some abdominal weight after my pregnancy. Its so convenient considering I am always busy with my LO it gives me time to workout. If you're in that situation this is for you. It even gives you options to choose the kind of workout you're looking for so overall it's a great app thanks keep it up. :-)
Good for beginners, very easy and professionally designed. People using it should know their goal or among 4-5 types for a person who doesnt know nothing choosing is difficult but with some knowledge it is perfect.
Good app design, but it lacks the basics of building the body ! Reps range differ from one goal to another , if you're looking for strength, you for heavier weight and less reps, reps range for bulking is 6-8 reps. So, obviously the person lacks the knowledge of the sport. Therefore I'm giving bad review. Nutrition is okay .
pretty awesome especially for people who have difficulty or are lazy with drafting down their own programmes,I also feel it could be done better in certain ways such as being able to edit and expand the programme to our liking
This app is a real blessing to me. I'm 73 years old and I joined a fitness club 2 1/2 months ago. I've been using this app since the begining and I have seen results. It shows you the correct way to do it and it's way cheaper than a personal trainer. Thanks Gym 💪 Trainer.
Whether you want to bulk up or become lean. The exercises are just the same. They just reshuffle the exercises and make it look like a different one for a particular program, but it's not.
It's never an easy job to find a idle app for your dream.. It's similar like getting a right investor for a bright business plan..thanks a ton for your app.. It's amazing and simple with customized app
A very good app has almost all the info, if u want the nutrition plans to bulk, cutting etc. then this app is 4 u, only the name of the xcersice sets, & reps r given, but if u want how to do proper xcersice like bench press, deadlift etc then this app doesn't have those info
It is easy to use and simple exercies for gym guys as well as people not going to gym and you can decide what kind of physique you are targeting and you just have to follow the routine.
Workout is good but diet plan can improve. Vegetarian diet need to add and categories as per winter and summer. My thought only
given four stars because of optimistic information on every workout plan ,diet & especially regarding videos of every workout ,this app almost diminishes the requirement of personal coach or gym trainer ,i will follow this app guidance for 2 weeks and then update my experience ,good job 👍

I've been so sore for a week since I started the bulk program. Good stuff. High volume. Compound exercises.
just installed found many good programmes. will change rating to 5 after using it if covers everything required.

Really good app i use it everyday in the gym coukd be some improvements made with demonstrations of workouts and stuff like that but overall good
It is very helpfull. It works like a trainer in gym Whenever you go to workout it is very helpfull to do exercise regularly

If you workout in your own without a trainer, it's tough out there. The app gives an overall direction as to what machines should you be working with. All they ask in return is for you to watch sparingly few ads. This is genuinely a great initiative.
