Daily Strength is a gym workout planner and workout tracker that makes it easy to log your weight lifting workouts. The workout tracker also contains built in gym workout plans that you can easily get started on. When you create your gym workout plans and log your weight lifting workouts, the workout planner will help you visualize your progress. You can view one rep max charts of the major compound exercises like bench press, barbell squat, and deadlift.

I love it but you really need to put more exercises, it's a bit limited also those plus and minus buttons need to be bigger. When in a workout I would like to see the icon showing the exercise like when I have to add, no need to put number 12345.... put the clip art of the actual exercise, thanks guys. Almost forgot: I can't hear the bopping sound when the rest time between sets is over , thanks

Amazing app. I have been using this app for quite some time and I love it. Great UI and very user friendly. Edit: Suggestion: A better summary would have been more useful which can show for example: 1.No of set * excercise_name1 @ rpe 2. No of set * excercise_name2 @ rpe And so on. Please consider. Thanks

Been using this for years and I highly recommend it! It's a great price to be able to make your own workouts. Only critique is that I wish the history would automatically back up/save under your account instead of needing to port it over (my phone broke once so I was unable to port my history over to the app on my new phone so I lost a year) but otherwise great app!

A really good program with a beautiful UI. Started using one of the fitness programs, but lost the progress as I perform a reset after an OS update. To mitigate such issues, an option to sync with user's Google account should be made available, similar to an implementation by Bluecoins finance app. Hope this feature is added soon. Thanks Dev for your response. Look forward to cloud backup and restore.

This is the BEST app! I was struggling to find an app that would allow you to drag and drop an exercise by category/muscle group. It also showed you the movement! It's the best thoughtless app ever. I DONT want to spend time researching which movement will target which muscle - this app does it all for you. Also, love how it captures supersets and your resting periods. Keeps you focused. Edit** still 5 stars BUT if you could add more banded workouts or substitution movements.

Nothing special,i became premium and i thought i will find things more intresting,however the programs are jokes also if u wanna create routine workout u will not find how to add weights or calculate ur RM,even i talked to the developper and he promised me to add the icon which allow u to add weights;3months now and still waiting.bad app comparing to many i used it, for real.

I love the simplicity and variety of workouts. This app is easy to use and *knock on wood* I haven't had any problems using it. I paid for the premium subscription which offers a lot. Since I an typically a frugal person, I didn't mind paying for the premium subscription.

The app is great but I would like to avoid unlocking my screen every time I finish a workout. I have used other apps in the past that let you control that from the lock screen, saving users battery and time. An automatic backup with google drive would also be preferred to the current manual way.

Good app after trying a few. Being able to sync workout data with Garmin would make it perfect. ( I understand there are limitations in what data can be recorded but just to record a workout and it show as an activity on Garmin connect would be brilliant)
