I want to ask ..why give you instructions to repetition decreases after 1st set.. and only 3set why
In preacher curl, barbell should not to be extend fully , as it will release all tension of bicep to neutral.... keep barbell at some angle less than 160 degree. All legumes have not same amount of protein and carb.

Hi hello today was do it first time in app exercise .it is really helpful to me.but i have some quedtions it ..today i did do led with shoulder ... but i am not know how to seddule from this app.with how many weeks or month i will do this exercise ..i am doing gym almoust 2 years .with out loug days break i am doing gym a week 4 days with a day 2 parts in my body ok my gym days are tuesday thursday saterday with sunday this typing it is right ot roung In this type plese day i am ozman from sri lanka
