You can easily follow through the exercises in each workout plan.

There are also animations to help you while doing the exercises. You can also pause and resume the animations for more help.

Each workout plan is designed for all ages and the aim of the exercises is to increase your strength with regard to muscles which are used in swimming.

TTS engine is also used in the app to help you to know about next and previous exercises if youbare not looking towards the screen.

You can enable a resting timer and you can set your specific resting time period if you wish.

A dark theme mode is also used for night workouts.

Poorley conceived app for swimmers, they are more like bodybuilding workouts that dryland/swimming orientated weight room workouts. You can tell it is designed by someone who knows little about how to train swimmers with weights.
