I think the concept behind the app is great. My only comment is that the majority of studios and places don't have their classes shown, which means you need to individually contact them to find this out - would be a much better experience if they just had it available on here (for booking and cancelling too!)

Great idea. I'm defiantly using this service. But the app is soooooo bad. To check in, or use the coupon or book. Or whatever word they choose. You get stuck in a circle, where the app just shows you the closest place and says request access, but then you can't seem to book on any other gyms, and you can't copy text, like addresses or save gyms in some sort of short list. For the amount of people paying for this they need to seriously up there app game.

It is not intuitive app. Often I spend too much time in the menus in order to find what I need. It has cool features but I think they have to work more on the UI part. Also if you don't have money to renew your subscription on the specific date..... Then it takes few more days to pay for the subscription so you can't train in this few days which is very annoying.

Enjoy Andjoy for the benefit of experiencing a diverse set of fitness classes. The U.I. experience could use some work to make the usage of the app more seamless with also better product features - for instance, it would be nice to be able to have a favorite gym list so you can easily locate them when planning upcoming classes. Also, many gyms do not keep their schedule up to date. I've had one that was listed under my plan but in the end they did not accept the app.

This app doesn't work. I get an error message, that there was no internet connection - when clearly there is an internet connection, that is working perfectly fine with other apps. It is quite difficult to find classes, if you are on a boarder to different districts. I like the concept of andjoy, but I am not really using it because the app is so annoying. Updating the app didn't help.

filters don't work as app crashes. also you should be able to filter more than 1 class type at the time, but not possible. Today (07/11/19) generated a friends pass to give to a friend, however the app crashed when my friend was scanning the code. Since the code isn't stored nowhere in the app, he couldnt use it. In the end, my friend had to pay the gym to enter. Also, when trying to check daily classes, the app always says "problem with the server". Very poor app

Overall a great idea but the execution is a bit lacking. The majority of studios / gyms in Barcelona require you to contact them via WhatsApp / phone / email to reserve, the schedules are not available via the app and it's actually NOT possible to copy paste phone numbers, links or emails from the description, essentially making it a huge hassle go contact these centers. I'm not completely dissatisfied with the Andjoy service, but I think the team could do a lot more go make access easier.

It's always something wrong with the App, very often I can't even log in into a class, because the app is saying I have to choose a country, but I have chosen a country and a city and it still doesn't work!! I really like the classes, but the App definitely needs an update and better qualities.

I hate the interface of this app. It's hard to use, I cannot filter via zip code on the app and I can't even find the option to change my membership easily. Also, lots of gyms provided don't allow booking and this is extremely inconvenient.

I'm a customer for 2 years now and love the experience. Easy access to many gyms in the city, can try many and choose yours. I have few favourite centres and have to pay just one quota enjoying them all. Definitely recommended. Support team friendly and responsive, thank you guys 😊

Worst app ever. User UNfriendly. Does not find places, does not show correct information about places, events, classes, hours. Picture upload does not work. Sodexo is not a good partner for sport places

Good service. The app itself is just a evolution into the wrong direction in every aspect compared to the previous gymforless one. Unfortunately, idea and service is great

I can't book a class. With or without filters, it says nothing is available. How do you sign up for anything in advance?! It also sounds like the request access function works only if you're going to use the facility immediately. But what use is it for me to show up for a class only to find out it's fully booked? The help section is also only in Spanish, which is unacceptable for a service operating internationally.

In my top 5 of worst things I have spent my money for. They partner with 24h gyms but access to them is only possible from 10 to 22h. To request access I need to be within close range, but when I go out to be ready and in close range then I it never confirms access. I rather spend more for a gym I then dont go because of myself than spend the reduced first month price gym4less offers which makes me not go because its process does not work. Don't buy if you need flexibility on time.

Moved to an exclusive corporate app and I am not able to use anymore.

My card is not accepted after the migration to this app. I was advised to go get a new card, only for the purpose of paying my subscription. This is unacceptable! My card is accepted everywhere else, including PayPal. Include more ways of paying!

The booking is tedious task and it's hard to navigate. It will be good if you provide more information and details for each place.

Still a lot of bugs and unavailable functionalities. There is no tutorial or a guide how to use the app as well.

The app is constantly crashing. Can't book a single class even though being in the very lobby of the building where it takes place. Basically, I used the old Sport Pass app which at least is somewhat responsible. How could create such a garbage app? Georgi Velev

Really good service and intuitive app. Works fine. However the service sends emails dayli to remind you of rating the gym.

Terrible scam, basically cancelled our subscription – with little to no warning – by changing the terms of usage. Didn't offer a refund or a grace period. Shocking way to do business.

No classes in the app. No payment from the app, nonsense explanation that "it's not our system". Funny how VISA and MASTERCARD work everywhere but here, and explanation is that "it is not this app problem but your card". Hm... funny story - Andjoy suggests using Revolut with your card and then pay to them once you charge Revolut with your not working card, how amazing it works with everyone else but it's not Andjoy system that is the source of the problem!

really confusing, and you have to book the class a day before, so after spending a fortune, i can't go to any gym class today. The app is quite badly designed

Same shi* as before. Absolutely useless! This app will be the only reason to stop using Sodexo. Before with the map was so easy to find what you need.

Great deal, easy to use, and fun...Not just for gyms. Can experiment with boxing, bjj, yoga, crosstraining, etc, all around the city!

for the majority of gyms available in the prumium package it is not possible to see classes schedule. which means that you have to search their schedule externally and also book classes externally. this must be improved. also, it is not possible to bookmark your favorite gyms or classes and create your personalized schedule.
