READ ENTIRE REVIEW! App has not seen continual updates. Can't log in to devices. Developers never respond to issues. I suspect support for the products' app has ended which makes the cameras 100% worthless. Company seems to be still in business and selling the cameras. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS! Company has not responded to any of the more than 20 emails my wife has sent. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Samsung Galaxy S8+
Worked decent for the first year. Cut out every now and then, but I blamed it on the wifi. Now, I have to delete the app and redownload it every time I want to check on the baby. So annoying. I do not recommend.
Keeps crashing, hard to setup camera WiFi when changing Sid, supposed to be more of a take with you camera, but not worth the money spent on it so far. Thankfully we bought a regular baby cam as well, that is what saved us.
have used this for years and continued to add cameras but app started crashing about a week ago - cant even enter my password to log on before it crashes / also sent an email to support and no response
The worst! Google login stopped working. Good luck resetting when someone unplugs it or power goes out. Worthless!!!!
this app has gone downhill. it now constantly crashes. in order to work i have to uninstall and reinstall it every time i want to use it. it is awful
Horrible app. Won't let me log on before crashing. The camera is a decent piece of hardware. Too bad the app never works.
Worked well for a long time. But now, I have to uninstall and reinstall EVERY time I want it to work, so it's basically useless. I wish they would fix this.
Everytime I open the app it closes itself within 5 seconds. I cant even enter my login info before it shuts down.
Can't use my valid email address. Can't use my Google account email address for this app. Stupid as hell. Fix this issue it's dumb. Or atleast buy back my camera I wasted money on.

absolute dog $#!+ of an app. it crashes and locks you and out and god help you of your power goes out. enjoy adding the cameras back if you can

This app is useless. I have had this camera almost two years. Regularly have I been locked out and as of late, unable to log in with my Google Sign in for the last three months. The company's meager attempts to reset the camera after responding only once to my barrage of emails has been unhelpful, and I am still locked out. Please do not waste your time or money on this camera and app!
