Useless! Not possible to connect, not possible to log in, it tells me that I have tried to many times to log in and I tried only once with correct username and password. On apple you can log in but it is impossible to connect with the app. Rubbish
Great board, not bad app, took me a while to figure it all out because it wouldn't connect but I figured if u open the app first then turn on the board and spam connect while it's turning on it connects! Overall, just what I was looking for!

No problem with the board itself. It's the app that doesn’t work. Won't adjust speed just jumps back to the middle of the speed bar. Went back to dealer who says app NOT working and constantly being updated. Now a very disappointed grandchild who can't use it because it's to fast to start off with. Taking it back after Christmas for a refund. Pity this can't be sorted by the company.
Won't allow me to verify and it seems like the board needs the app. Guess I'm sending it back.

The application doesn't connect. I had to repeatedly make setting changes, close the menu, then open it again to see if the setting was applied. Error messages are in a language that I can't read. Invalid characters are allowed in email log in. Too many permissions required to even open the app In short this app doesn't work and appears to be nothing more than an attempt at grabbing personal data.
The function is simple but powerful, and you can understand it once you look at it.
The app won't connect to the F1 board. Both Bluetooth devices are found but the app / board device 'Scooter M1' won't connect manually or via the app. Using Mi 10T Lite and Nexus 5x Seems like the app is broken and not the board based on the other reviews.
Wouldn't accept my e-mail address as "valid". I had to use a different one just to register. The app seems to work ok on iPhone but not on my Samsung S8. When I paired to my phone, I could adjust settings, but not save them. Now my phone has to be around to change the lights or set speed limit.

It’s really good, safe and reliable to use, and it’s easy to use with software.
Board will connect to phone but will not connect through app so cannot check battery status etc. Seemed OK before update. Tired trying and my daughter always wants to know what battery is like as it chucked her off before when it went flat.
