It worked in the past but today it couldn't scan the barcode and neither did entering the code manually work. I've sent a email so I can get the points. Anyways, this app has always been kinda glitchy and slow and that hasn't changed on my new phone (been using this app since it came out). Please work on it more.

When the app loads, it works great. But sometimes, it doesn't load at all and stays on the intro screen. It was working when I tried to make reservations and then stopped when I wanted to scan my receipt. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

App freezes on splash screen and I can't access or add new points.. they only give you two days to scan the points in and I've tried to open the app over that time. Still not working. Tried the reinstall, still doesn't work. Id give zero stars if I could cause this app is currently useless to me. Please fix

Ever since I updated the app, i'm unable to sign in or reset my password. With the announcement of the existing reward points being terminated before a certain date, this only benefits the company. Furthermore, the faq providing an email to customer service is useless as they do not respond. The password reset function is useless.

I signed up. Received my initial reward point after dining. i tried to sign in again after dining a 2nd time. Was unable to sign back in. My password didn't work!? Tried to reset. Said was going to send me an email to reset password in a few minutes. It's been 2 weeks and NEVER received email/instructions to reset password!?!? Looks like I won't be dining here that often. Red Lobster' App works WAY BETTER!!!!!

Ver. 3.0.2 seems to load and stop on the splash screen. Since the restaurant's rewards system is tied to their app, it's disappointing to find the app to be unresponsive with no other way to redeem your points, especially when you have a two day period to claim them (via the QR code on your receipt).

Lame app garbage constantly freezes. Food us soo good service is great. This crappy app makes me not want to go there, especially when you cant use your points. Makes it seem shady, like they intentionally make the app unusable once you get to the restaurant.....

Sent help via app concerning points not scanning. Help is through email. Been over a week now and 3 follow up emails (4 emails total). Never heard back. Hoping to use points before it expires. Help is useless.

==1/30/2020== There's no option in the app to turn off the notifications, especially the promotions. Don't need something I cannot control on my phone. ==2/18/2019== Reward points now expires after 180. Unlike most of other expiration policy, new activities/points does not reset the expiration date.

Less than 12 hours after install, it freezes at splash screen. Got a lot of points and now won't be able to use it. Get some decent developers.

Devaluation after Devaluation Used to be $25 off... now 25%, so have to spend $100 to get $25 off. Then, they took away half the items you could redeem for and raised the prices on the others. Not to mention the silly 180 day expiration on earned points. There is little value here anymore for what was once a legitimate encouragement to return.

Love this restaurant but the app is useless. Theyve started to expire your points within 6 months of earning them. Really hard to use now unless you go once a week. I had over a thousand points and they gave me 1 week notice that they were all going to expire.

this reward system is terrible. the point expiration should not be within 4-5 months. give us at minimum a year. i rather save my points and use it together but i guess they don't want that.

Food definitely have gone downhill. Don't know why they make people wait 30+ mins when there were so many tables open. The 180 day reward expiry is the last straw. Common, people need time to accumulate the points for something nice, and now 180 days is all that all you give? Geez. Haha, just used my remaining rewards for a $0 lunch. See ya. You have driven this customer out... Plus his buddies. You can keep the 16 reward points and shove it.

Used to be great! Been eating at GyuKaku occasionally but often because of how much I earn a lot of points. I'm that sense I can redeem as much $25 off my bill for 500 points. Unfortunately, they've now made a policy in which your points will expire after 180days from which they have been debuted. What complete utter nonsense is that?? Driving your customers away because of this BS.

Come on Gyu-kaku. This is a special-occasions restaurant for most people. The new points policy allowing points to be vaid for only 180 days is ridiculous. The best value is to save 500 points ($500 spent) to get $25 off the bill. That means I have to go 4-5 times and feed 1-2 additional people each visit within 6 months so that I can get $25 off my 6th visit?! You are robbing from the people that would benefit most from this system.

went in before rewards expire within 7 days, waiter said unable to access, and told me to contact online help since Manager not in. Online service acknowleged glitch, apologized & I was told to contact restaurant, left message for Manager. Told both I should not lose any rewards cause it's their system problem & waiter unable to redeem my rewards. Been losing more of the remaing rewards & not chasing online or restaurant for response. Now it's too expensive & portions got smaller.

Even while on wifi it is slow and every time im out to eat here with my family everyone who works here always brings up the app every time we dine in, it gets very annoying and reppetitive one reason im not coming back.

I really liked the whole system. But one day I was logged off. I tried to log in with Facebook but it says it's shared with maximum number of users... And I don't even have any other users on my phone! Help? Other than that it was working great.

the food is amazing here, and the app is good, but the points you earn now expire after 180 days which really isn't much time to save up for much to redeem.
