Solid app. A bit confusing at first but as you get used to it, it really can shine as a workout tracker for the listed templates. My one gripe would be that the Jacked and Tan 2.0 Mesocycle C/D has all the T1 exercises coded incorrectly. They are all based off of your TM instead of your daily RM as they should be. Would be better off treating them as T2s, listing the % and rep goals and leaving the weight sections blank (because the only current solution is to correctly record the T1 sets elsewhere)

Doesn't actually follow the GZCLP template. No way to easily input current weight, have to keep guessing with its dumb calculator. No basic template or lifts given, all intermediate lifts and up. Basically, it's a mildly formatted notepad . Which is ok, but was hoping to actually get a basic app following the gzclp as found on Reddit, this ain't it.

I really like this app, but it's currently stuck. i completed a cycle and whenever I try to start a new one, it just says that i completed the cycle. Is there a fix for this?

Great app. Beats programming in your workouts in Excel or any other workout program, or pulling up websites to figure out how many reps you're doing next. If you're running the GZCL routine, this is the app to get. The developer is super responsive if you have any issues as well!

Was going great until the last week of the 9 week program, when it froze and I was forced to restart the template. Thankfully, I had backed up just prior. Up to that point, I was pleased with the results and the simplicity of the program.

Calendar button broke mid cycle and does not do anything anymore. Will not allow me to adjust what day I am training and thinks I am a week behind.

Great app, unsure how to edit which dates the cycles run on, currently I just workout the days I want to and open whichever is the relevant workout, the app thinks I've missed a workout so I just "edit a past workout". Besides that tiny issue app is perfect.

Great app. Are you able to include certain features: 1. Ability to delete cycles. After trying to figure it all out eventually I had 4 or 5 different cycles that were all practise runs. 2. The ability to move specific workout days around. Instead of the workout starting today and today only. Make it so you can just bring up the next successive workout. I.e. instead of linking each workout to a day, just have your next workout as the next workout and once you mark it as complete you move to the next one. 5 stars if you implement those. Thanks

Love the app. What is the 0+ set for? From Cody's explanation, it's 3 sets with an AMRAP on last. For example, week 1 has a 6+ set and then a 0+ set. I'm a little confused.
