When this app works, I would give it 5 stars. the problem is that I get error messages 90% of the time I use it. I was able to connect today to our info, which most times I can't or I have to try 3-4 times to do so, but every time I submitted the refill request, I got an error message. It took 3 times. It's often easier and less frustrating to just call.
I really like this app. Like any app once you get the hang of it, its smooth sailing. It has all the prescriptions you have been prescribed for the past 2 years, Easy to request a refill, you can track the progress, you can even choose which HEB you want, so easy to keep track of each individual. I love this app.
Been using this for over a year. Very convenient/easy and intuitive. Love the fingerprint ID login; never fails for me. Never had a server error. So far has not been buggy on moto z force on any OS version. Frankly I'm surprised how well its worked for me considering the other reviews, especially since I am savvy and very picky about how my devices work.
Sometimes the app works, and sometimes it doesn't. When it works, it's a great app! Easy to use, easy to refill medications. I just wish they would add a payment part. So people can pay ahead on the app, and pick up in prepaid lane without having to call everytime you want to prepay for your medications.
Nice app!! I like the convenience of being able to track the progress of my prescriptions and fill them with just a few taps on my screen. It's very easy to set up automatic refills with refill express, and reminders to take your meds. Not a bad app overall once you learn to navigate it.
Gratis deals on the supermarket section. Th pharmacy needs improvement, when you place a refill it gives you a choice of time to and day to pick up but it won't tell you if they are going to need extra time to bring the medication from out of town and it's a turn down when you arrive and they do no have it.But that happens not so very often. Love the app!
I like the app and it's easy to use. What I hate about it is that when you have no refills left and the rx is enrolled in auto refill they don't tell you and they don't call the doctor. My previous pharmacy were already working on it before you run out. That's a smooth transition. Even when they have a rx on file they won't fill it. So basically the app works but the pharmacy doesn't and they both need to work together.
App time changes no matter what you select. For example (and this not the first time it has happened) When I went through the app to order my medication, I selected for pick up at 10 am. I never received any notification or email that the time had changed. I go to pick up in store 2 hours after my selected time to be told I selected the wrong time and it won't be in till 4pm. so i check the history and to my surprise there is no times on the history. I hate giving HEB a bad review b/c I love HEB
The app is ok. It has some nice and handy features like being able to scan your prescriptions. What I don't like is the pill reminder, almost EVERY time it goes off, it freezes and I have to force stop the app. Also, there seems to be no way to "take" the medicine early, no way to clear the reminder early. Not a fan of that.
Could definitely be a little more user friendly but it is highly secure and straightforward once you have set it up. Has a number of helpful features included.
You can't get through the verification steps at the verification code step. If you choose text by phone you get an immediate error. If you choose by email, you don't get the email (and yes I checked my spam folder also). App is useless at the moment. It's been this way for now two months.
Works pretty good, but it's frustrating that there is no feedback from the pharmacist if there is a problem. If I request a refill, I have no indication that there is a problem except when the prescription status changes from in progress back to available. Very frustrating for time sensitive medications.
This app is so much better than the last one. The previous one made me want to throw my phone it was so glitchy! With this one I'm able to refill my meds in a few short steps, view my history, see the status of my refills, see remaining refills and more. I've had no login issues or freezing like with the previous app.
Experience w/ app has been favorable most of the time, but it suffers from "server errors" quite often which is inconvenient when I need to know something asap & I'm not in a position to call. ** I'd like to suggest a way to pay for prescriptions through the app. Pharm staff are busy. It's not convenient for them or customers to always take/make a call. Yeah, it's their job but it would be more time-efficient for everyone & may even lead to more productivity. Pleeeeeezzzz 😁
The app makes it easier for me to refill my prescriptions. There is an option to automate your refills. I hope there will be an option to pay for refills in the near future. The app takes the hassle of calling and waiting on hold to find out the status of a refill called in from the physician's office because you do not know the priscription number. I have been using the app for almost two years and I have been loving it.
Wonderful app. Very easy to navigate and it puts everything right up front and center. There are also some neat extra features including daily pill reminders. As advertised, no store does more than my HEB!
EXCELLENT APP! Easy to use, very quick and reliable.......♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Best app in the West. Seriously though it's really easy it's really quick I have no problems at all getting my prescriptions refilled they let me know they're ready by text and phone call.
Never works. Everytime I go to use I get server errors, I can't even see the list of prescriptions to call in because I again get server errors. This has been a problem for months now, I can say I've only been able to successfully use this app for its intended purposes a total of 3 times in the last years I've needed to use it. I have even removed and reinstalled with no luck.
Fantastic app! I use the reminder and refill functions all the time. Would love to be able to schedule appointments and not have to enter insurance info, etc.
Easy to navigate and make selections to refill prescriptions. Also, has an option to enroll prescriptions in automatic refills . However, it is frustrating that when checking the prescription details and then returning to the list of prescriptions; the app always displays the most recently filled instead of where it was left at.
Lovd the app overall. Thought the filter wasn't working becauseit was confusing that had to turn option on before trying to filter. Also, needs to have area where you can change auto refills because they set my proair to auto fill but dont need it every month but i have to call to change it. No option to stp.
Can't add my prescriptions yet, the server is down for the app. I can only use the alert for my daily pill..which only sometimes goes off. The last time it did I had my alerts turned off and it was the only thing that went off. I don't understand-Texas has great Tech companies, which bring in great tech education throuout the state, why is HEB tech always so behind?
This app is barely useful. You can't add multiple people. So screw a family of 5 people. It doesn't allow deletion of expired prescription. Can't sort or adjust for most recently filled to ones that haven't been ordered in a while. Stalls out for now reason. Mid refill request app crashes. And have to go through the thing again. HEB staff don't know how to help. In short - this app is painful
The refill function doesn't work. Every time I try to use it, it kicks back an error saying "something went wrong. Please try again". Doesn't matter what meds I try, when I try, or anything. Every time I try, error. Very frustrating.
Overall, works great. One improvement to make it more useful would be to provide an easier way to log out... Logout should be on the Home screen, not hidden two screens deep in Account-Settings.
Great! But I have three different people in my house that get medication one often and another just bimonthly. I have to sign into three different accounts to and it takes awhile because it wants to keep signing into the same account. Otherwise this app is super helpful! So happy this is an option!
Not working. I've downloaded this app a month ago and was told they were having issues with their system. It will not allow me to refill my prescription because the system fails every time I try to get past the verification code part. Do not recommend this application until this bug is fixed.
App is outdated. Contact phone numbers for support are incorrect. Log in and password reset do not work. A lot easier to just call the automated system for prescription refill
recent updates are much better, when there isn't a server error, which is often but at least now when working I can finally see previous scripts & request refills w/o the bottle. Although recently I did that & kept the pickup time as suggested for 10am 2days later. when my wife went to pick up the 3 scripts at 4pm they said none were ready & claimed a problem with insurance. when I went later no insurance problem but out of the 5 current scripts on file they had only filled the 2 I didn't need.
My only issue is the very last page, after you choose a pick up time, where it says OK in the blue, no matter what device I'm on the blue square barely shows. Like a sliver of blue. I try to push it and it makes a clicking noise, but the screen never changes. I learned what the square on my tool bar was for because of that. It's all good. I love HEB.
