I was very happy when they came out with new version, however I can't open or see any "coupons", weekly sale flyer is also useless 'cause you cant see anything even if you tried to zoom in or out. Only great thing about this app is that I can store my smartcard numbers and also tells you how much points you have etc... etc... I hope they come out with newer and updated version shortly.
Terrible. Whoever you hired to develop the app should be fired asap. Worst and most frustrating shopping app experience I had thus far. Slow AF and filters are a joke and extremely difficult to use. Do a better job as I want to support Korean business as a fellow Korean but this app is God awful. Not wasting any more time on a frustrating app.
The app was good in the beginning. I was able to collect points but as soon as I was about to get 1000 point for the 10 dollar certificate it stopped adding my points. I cant even get in contact with customer service to see if they will add the points on for me.
I have 1200+ reward points when I checked on their website. But this app shows I only have 200+ points. Looks like it simply ignores any whole thousands of points and this is confusing. I went to the store and they confirmed that I have 1200+ points and redeemed a certificate for me. Glad it worked!
Wasn't working before (aside from smart card lookup), but a clean install at least got most of the functions(such as the sales flyer) to work with the latest update version. Still kinda slow.
I love H Mart. I really wanted to write this at 5 but I can't. I really should be rating at A1 but I love this grocery store chain. The problem I'm having is that no matter how I enter my last name in my ZIP code, and I've taken a picture with your camera app icon and your app... It will not let me enter my savings card information. It tells me it's in heard incorrectly every time, no matter how I can write. Even when I use the in-app camera. I know how to spell my last name. Sad but uninstallin
This app needs a lot of improvement. Maybe bar code or purchase number manually input after the purchase. Ability to use of points without visiting customer service and taking a physical gift coupon.
Couldn't create password. It said "minimum of 6 characters that includes numbers and symbols". I did just that and it still wouldn't go through 😡 Why is it so difficult???
App is messed up. It will reset itself and not show that you already reached the 1000 pts for the $10 redemption. I,ve lost $20 already. And when you ask their customer service. They have no clues.
This app needs waaaay too much work. There's no function to create an account nor is there a search bar to find products. Uninstalled after 2 minutes. Sad, because I love shopping at this place.
The app does not let me attach a file to the customer support request and it does not let me minimize the request to look at my Savings Card Number. I need to close the whole tab and take a screenshot of my number then reopen the customer service request tab and refill everything again.
Hmart app was working so well when I downloaded it and was able to see how much points I have earned. Now I cannot see my points. When I deleted my card and try to add my card again it is not working.
The app does almost nothing! Most of the functionality is redirection to hmart web site. It is easy using web site instead of.
Not earning points and LOSING THEM!!! So I had 755 points, but the last two times my points didn't get updated (83 & 230+)...And now, I only have 326 points???? I already lost 197 points on the first time on an inactivated card, which was enteree by H Mart emplyee for SF store opening promotion.
Useless...doesn't have an option to scan receipts or any option avail is complete useless. What is the point of having the option to do so? Why create such a useless app?? Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
App constantly crashes every time I try to look up the local deals, pull up my rewards card, or try to find my nearest HMart. The app is useless.
I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for the update. New update totally made over the app but it looks good and works faster now.
They want Too Much information to get a Smart Card.Sorry,you DO NOT NEED MY HOME ADDRESS,PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL so I can shop and get a tiny discount. The coupon book I received only allows you to shop with a coupon if you have a Smart Card.I am not impressed with their nosiness.
The store in Tigard Oregon doesn't show up on the app. I thought I could shop online but you can't. This app is useless.
Just got the app. And the app won't process and load our Savings Card info. Keep getting errors.
I don't see my points reflected on the app . I tried looking up my smart card points through the website,by giving my card info with my name and DOB. But nothing happened
Don't let people from New Jersey develop software? (For some reason every New Jersey-based Android app I've downloaded ends up being crapware or sketchware; 🤷 dunno what's up with that!) Anyway: this app is incomplete and non-functional. PRO: You can effortlessly sign up for the Smart Card. CONS: Why is my store in Portland OR not listed!? Also the user interface lacks features and is completely broken in places. It's more like an incomplete HS computer science project than commercial software.
